Great footage Joe. Run a HDMI cable to You Big TV , playing that trail cam footage with snacks and a adult beverage if they drink, and your Sales pitch will have them so pumped up they be dreaming of monster bucks all night and wake up to the smell of a good breakfast, (not pizza) really get your hunters pumped up. I can hear your stories now❤. Makes for a really awesome experience and hunt. You know how that fresh air and hunt makes one hungry, and Kapper has his famous trail mix bags with them. All in the details.
lol I do agree that I want them to be pumped to the max! But we are not doing the lodging thing, we are not prepared for that, but otherwise I like your thoughts! I've been sending them trail cam vids and pics as they roll in!! Fun stuff!! Get outside today it's nice out there!
I could be wrong but I feel like I'm right. That buck at the 1:20 mark is pretty young. I'm thinking 2.5yrs to 3 yrs old. To already have a rack like that is Amazing. I hope he makes it till next season.
I'll have to go back and look. I'm emphasizing to our guys to learn to age bucks on the hoof. They are from down south so the deer are much different here and likely much larger. But with the acreage we have I'm fairly confident a few mature bucks will survive. Thanks
It is now! It was not until this year because they found like one cwd case! I've never baited but I was kind of looking forward to trying it. Of course now I'll have to compete with those who don't follow the rules and run corn feeders, but that's why I plant mega food plots, and make the best habitat that I can for them.
