Really looking forward to meeting you guys when we visit over Christmas. Take care, and we'll see you then 🙏
If Paul is watching, may God bless him. Mina is a rock star, and it never gets old to hear her talk. THANK YOU so much for the wonderful black and white photos. Cheers, mate!
Nice to see videos from "thailands little brother" beautiful Lao.. I've been there many times and its often a real time machine how Thailand was for +30 years ago developing and economically
I thought the butterfly at the beginning was fake!! So beautiful against the red flowers. Life is hard enough without a disability....I can't begin to imagine that boy's life. Sending best wishes for finding him and being able to help him. Gorgeous B&W photos at the end. Glad the moisture is out of your camera.
Good to see your guys.Interesting little market.Sad story about Paul, but a wonderful gesture from him to try and sortout our little "Road Warrior".Look forward to the next Vid... Note: New tune from Cas Haley..Walking on the moon ( The Police).....Cheers..Kenno
Hello Todd, Neenee and Mina, great to have you on the road again, even if it is only a reccy mission. Thanks for sharing. You are right when you say that the rainy season is the best to travel in, because everything is so green and fresh looking, and the scenery stunningly beautiful. I love how the clouds cling to the mountains making them look mysteriously inviting. That market with the civet and an animal that I have yet to identify was amazing. As you rightly say, you can't get your meat fresher than that pig which will soon be pork joints etc. Incidentally, a new species was discovered in a Laotian village market not that long ago, where it was being sold for food. The Laotian Rock Rat. Hope that you manage to find the young person that so desperately needs help. Be careful on those roads. Praying for you all that God will protect you. God bless you and keep you safe.😀❤🙏
Hi Guys This is an amazing story of how one guy (Paul) with a disabitlty wants to help another person who he has no conection too. Good on you Paul you are an insperation to us all.
Bless you and Neenee for showing Paul his homeland that he is not able to see and explore. Bless Paul for wanting to help the disabled boy. "Neenee hasn't slept once on this trip while driving." That's good. 🤣🤣 Oh wait you were driving. 🙄 I hope to see some terrace rice fields here one day.
Paul might be able to travel there himself one day, but it'd be hard. It looked like the pool Neenee went to recently at COSI Vientiane Nam Phu is up a whole flight of stairs. If a brand new hotel doesn't have wheelchair access to its facilities, it probably won't be replaced with something properly designed within Paul's lifetime.
Hi Todd,,feels great to be back in he saddle again with your girls! It certainly is beautiful. The hot springs hotel isnt had bad either. Plus it's a fix for Mina's addiction,,water ! Lol have fun ,Ttyl,,,Marlon
Haha yes it is. Now when we travel Neenee's looking for places with pools lol. So happy they both can swim now. Take care mate.. say hi to dad for us 👋
That was awesome day. Beautiful land and motel with hot springs. Mina had to be in heaven. Market place built for the community. Community help each other. Great black and whites. Bridge looked sturdy with great views. Thks for helping the man find a new lifestyle. Stay safe and healthy Todd Neenee and little Mina (minnow).❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
Hey Todd , would be great to help that poor boy out , hope you can find him for Paul. Zona and I will be in Lao mid October. Hope to catch up if you’re home. Regards Nev
Every wet season brings out those landslips. There's no real substance to the roads and they erode away with the heavy downpours. All the countries in that area have similar problems. Great bridge mate could be the site for traffic lights ..lol. Can't beat this time of year for travel. Bushyboy Oz.
I've explained this before Bill, I make videos first and foremost for myself to watch back in years to come, with music or tunes I grew up with. It just so happened I was lucky enough to find an audience who enjoys watching our life and travels also. Making video FOR myself and with music I'M interested in has been the key to being able to do it so long.. going on 8 years now. I never grew up with Lao music, it doesn't instill any old memories, and it's very hard to match their music to a certain type of mood or feel the video may require.. especially if I don't know what they're singing about. It could be a popular wedding song being used for a funeral, which I nearly made the mistake of doing once. I'll stick to what I know and enjoy.. Again. Thanks 👍
@@_Alfa.Bravo_ Agree 😆👍 Actually, there are some Lao songs that have grown on me, but very few lend themselves to be background music. Well.. I think anyway 😉
Looking for plums and walking past the durian 🙄. Todd. not a durian lover? Probably a durian hater then? It's either one or the other eh? Cheers Andy in Oz. Hillston
Won't be surprised to get some hare but Civets are an endangered species! Its not a cool thing to do to big up a market trader for offering an endangered species for your reason of wanting to eat its meat! Plenty of pork on show!!
This might sound paranoid to you but, you ask Nee Nee police are in plain clothes everywhere. These women catching mina are the police or at the very least connected to them. They are asking questions cause they see you. And your camera. Therefore you will get this in a lot of places cause this is the easiest way to rangal the information they need.

Mina needs to learn how to do the doggie paddle. will really help her to keep her head above water then she can start freesytle
There is absolutely no need to learn bad habits by doing doggie paddle at all, ever. Better to learn how to swim properly right from the start.
A kilo of Pork $5.50 a kilo AUD , cheaper than Siem Reap, Cambodia at local wet market

Do they eat the bark or just chew it ?
