My father always says proudly that I make more than double what he did until he retired. But I tell him that I can barely afford rent on a condo, while he bought a 4 bedroom house and supported an entire family. Something ain't right!

Thats another reason inflation is bad. It is hard for generations to relate to one another on money. “When I was your age minimum wage was only $2/hour and your generation doesn’t think 15 is enough?!?”
Well $2/hour doesn’t sound so bad when a bottle of pop only cost a nickel!
