So where to start first? You said, don't treat with forward head . So if we have a forward head, what should we do ? Whom do we go to? What's addressed 1st.? I feel like I have everything you discussed today . Please and thank you!!

look to the left with right jaw swing. look to the right with left jaw swing. when walking swinging jaw to the glute push off leg. keep head from being pushed forward from overactive tongue.
forward head posture reduces FOV drastically

What is the best approach if you have all of these imbalances ? Is starting at at altas and c1 balancing of the neck the first thing to do. Nucca was suggested.

Thank you. I have really learned a lot from this series. I'm still wondering what all this means for the movement issues of people with visual impairments whose vision is beyond fixing (like lack of peripheral vision due to glaucoma, nystagmus, other defects of "eye hardware" that prevent precise depth perception)? Are there ways to learn proper lateral shifting with low vision anyway?

Sounds like he is saying don't do an expander , unless u have addressed other issues first? What should we do before the expander? I was thinking the expander ŵas going to fix a lot. But apparently not the correct order of things? Would so appreciate any clarification/ info. Thank you!
