Crazy story about the duck and strange how things work out sometimes I mean getting pulled off duty for an honest mistake only to have an attack the very next day. Rip to all who were lost that day.

He and Rick Baker and of course the Late Great "Jack Pierce" have ALWAYS been my MAIN Inspirations for Horror Make-Up and Costumes and Creatures! Tom is SO COOL and we talked about his work in movies. Just SO Valued my time with him! Thanks Tom for Everything! :D
I watched a VHS documentary of and by Tom, because I was already familiar with his work. Tom is a legend. Lon Chaney, Dick Smith, Tom Savini…a Horror Hat Trick
My grandfather ran a construction company that worked renovations on this school and was friends with the Dean. I got to interview Tom for a paper I did back in high school. Was an honor! He’s a really cool person and a horror legend!
What a genuine person. So many movies I love represented... Thank you Tom for allowing Grimmlife into your world and thank you Grimmlife for asking to see it. Just goes to show always ask, worst case they say no. Best case you get a once in a life time opportunity.
When I was too young to even have SEEN his films, I had the VHS tape of HORROR EFFECTS and I loved it. That was my gateway into wanting to make horror films and getting interested in special effects. Thanks for making this! I'm glad he's still doing all this stuff!
Thank's you so much for this moment and a lot of thank's to "Monsieur" Savini for the time he take to share with all of us that wonderful place and all those memories.
The webbed face hugger in Tom's movie room is the "Queen Facehugger" used in Alien 3. Unfortunately the scene never made it into the movie but you can see it in the deleted scenes in the Alien Quadrilogy dvd special features release. The idea was to have Ripley impregnated with a queen it would need an Queen Facehugger. But there couldn't have been many of those made so I wonder if Tom's prop was screen used?! Great video and thanks for posting. What a lovely guy.
That video was incredible. To see the stuff Tom has worked on and what he has in his home was mind blowing. What a fantastic guy to invite you. Many thanks for sharing this with us.
I think I could listen to Tom Savini talk for hours on end without ever getting bored. He just sounds so genuine and has such fun stories, an awesome collection, and super interesting behind the scenes knowledge. But to be honest, he could be talking about breakfast and I'd still be interested lol

Crazy story about the duck and strange how things work out sometimes I mean getting pulled off duty for an honest mistake only to have an attack the very next day. Rip to all who were lost that day.
I love seeing people who are passionate about their art and so incredibly willing and ready to share it. Really enjoyed his stories 🖤
After Note* When I met Tom, he told me that Vietnam Bunker Story. I was just BLOWN AWAY! He is just SO Human and I LOVE that he is SUCH a Fan and Collector like I am!
Again, Thank for all you do and have shared with me Tom. :)
I am HUGE Tom Savini fan! I got to meet and hang out with him at one of the VERY LAST Sci-Fi/Fantasy Cons in Milwaukee Wis. some years back!
Yeah he is, i also shared a good long talk over a cigarette at Meadowlands chiller con. Very down to earth guy, cool calm very relatable guy.
I watched a VHS documentary of and by Tom, because I was already familiar with his work. Tom is a legend. Lon Chaney, Dick Smith, Tom Savini…a Horror Hat Trick
I've watched this 5 times now. Tom is the best ever!! What a dream come true for you
My grandfather ran a construction company that worked renovations on this school and was friends with the Dean. I got to interview Tom for a paper I did back in high school. Was an honor! He’s a really cool person and a horror legend!
His work in 1978 Dawn of The Dead was incredible for its time.
I still love that movie!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Oh yeah I have the dvd
What a genuine person. So many movies I love represented... Thank you Tom for allowing Grimmlife into your world and thank you Grimmlife for asking to see it. Just goes to show always ask, worst case they say no. Best case you get a once in a life time opportunity.
seems like such a modest and incredible human being , seems very kind and nice .
So much passion. This man is once in a lifetime.
Gotta love Tom savini work esp night of the living dead 1990 such a master piece
Tom Savini seems super cool. The duck story was amazing! What an awesome guy!! God bless him!
I couldn't be more jealous of this man. Glad he seems like he deserves it all. Top man.
I love the fact He's likes a proud dad displaying his student works
Proud grandfather.
It can be seen in the assembly cut which is what most people prefer, but the idea wasn't explored in the film at all.
Shouts out tom savinni the legend for blessing us with amazing films for years.
Still my favourite episode. Tom is way cool. So down to earth.
What a tour! An icon, a great artist with a great passion for the fantastic! What a massive collection!
I would 100% watch a series of all of Tom's behind the scenes home movies.
That video was incredible. To see the stuff Tom has worked on and what he has in his home was mind blowing. What a fantastic guy to invite you.
Many thanks for sharing this with us.
Legend! Thank you for your service to our country, Mr. Savini. #Vietnamveteran 🇺🇸
Your channel not only is entertaining, but so informative as well. Thank you for this.
I think I could listen to Tom Savini talk for hours on end without ever getting bored. He just sounds so genuine and has such fun stories, an awesome collection, and super interesting behind the scenes knowledge.
But to be honest, he could be talking about breakfast and I'd still be interested lol
NHK LM Right! The knowledge he has is so impressive 🎃🎃🎃🥰🥰🥰🥰🎃🥰🎃🥰🎃🥰

THIS, my friends, is one of the most interesting videos I've seen on UA-cam, ever! Savini was amazing! His duck story gave me goosebumps. I can't wait for his book. You guys were in for a great great with this tour/interview. Great job!
Why u have this eyelid like dp i thought it was my eyelid hair tried to remove it from my mobile screen several times realizing it later that it was your dp.
72? he looks 50. he looks goddamn young
When you do what you love for a living...you stay young!!!
....and probably factors like not smoking/drinking/ drugging, eating healthy, working out, etc have a lot to do with it.
Cassandra Peterson who played Elvira, is 68 and she looks like she's in her mid 40's!
@@blainwilson7937 A LOT of work done there.
I wouldn't say Young but yeah he looks good for 72
@@NemorisInferioris he looks younger for his age. are you happy now?
Mind boggling how much stuff he has collected. That place is nightmare fuel. Yet comfortable because I grew up watching most of those films. I’m very thankful for your interview it was awesome!
Loved this so much talent
