My answers for the questions.
1/, 68/100 divided by 3 = 17/25
2/ 58% divided by 100 = 0.58%
3/ 2/9 divided = 22.2222222%
4 /9/20 divided = 45%
5/ 4/7 divided = 571429
6/ 1.12x100=112%
7/ 0.4x100=40%
8/ 0.002x100=0.2%
9/ 0.98x100=98/100 divided by 2 = 49/50
10/ 0.25x100=25/100 divided by 25 = 1/4
11/ 0.11x100=11/100 can't divide = 11/100
I know it's been a 3 years, but thank you for all the basics of fractions, percentages and decimals, It has helped me with all the basics. I enjoy maths! :D

Or when we have fractions to percent just do the division and multiply by 100
