165% is actually 1.65 as a decimal number -- remember that a whole number (the whole amount is 100% or 1.0) so the percentage sentence would be: ___ x 1.65 = 186 then you would solve as demonstrated in the video --thanks

Point eight (.8) is not the correct answer; you should divide 32 by .40 which will give you 80, remember that when you change a percent to a decimal number in order to "do the math" (in this case 40%) you need to move the decimal point (even if it is invisible) two places to the left, then do the math.
