There are rules and procedures in place for introducing evidence, you're meant to do this before the meeting. Now, of course, it's not always possible to bring evidence before the meeting, sometimes you get the evidence just before the meeting, or during the meeting, however, MTG had time to go through the documents, find the snippets she wants, prints them off on cardboard and present them. That doesn't strike me as someone who wants to expose the truth.

If they didn't bring the evidence themselves and immediately tried to halt the release of the evidence (that I still believe was publicly available awhile ago) then they likely hoped it would stay under the rug.

We must demand that policies be set in place, whereas, if they are disrupting the meeting and being disrespectful , talking over out loud many at the same time, so as to drown out the one individual who does have the time to speak, they should be reprimanded and asked to leave the room, no matter how many must leave the room, they must pay from their pocket the expense they caused for another hearing, each one that spoke loud, out of turn, must pay. If they do this more than 3 times in 3-6 months they will be out of their jobs with no pension, no pay, no benefits. The fourth time it happens out of the job permanently with no pension, no pay, no benefits.

As an American citizen, it's utterly embarrassing to watch my elected officials act like they're in 3rd grade arguing back and forth. The behavior of both parties is a disgrace to citizens of this country.
I don't really see both parties as a NEW issue. Democrats have been acting like they always have. They push to spend money on helping the poor and middle class and they like to support groups who seem to be underrepresented. They are stubborn. Some of it is controversial but not at all new. Some of their policies are not to everyone's liking but they have not departed from the norms in congress. Democrats seem to be functioning as normal.
From the Republicans we have the introduction of cursing from the President during speeches, rallies that seam like they are from WWII Germany, pornography, death threats, incitement of violence, an actual insurrection and then Paul Pelosi attacked with a hammer, etc. and don't forget the video when Representative Greene was stalking through the capital looking like she was hunting for Pelosi during her first months in office. There was also something about her carrying a gun in congress. I am actually very neutral and vote based on facts that I can verify for myself.
The Republicans are fully off the rails and Trump can get away with things like joking about being a dictator while preparing for a presidential campaign. The democrats are the same democrats.

Actually, there are intentional efforts to make America's government look unbelievably stupid to demoralize us as a nation and not resist anti-democratic forces (or anti-republican - you can use that term too, it's a great term). They won’t, but there is a process that has to be followed to enter evidence to ensure that it is factual and was obtained correctly. The same thing occurs in a court room. Evidence has to be submitted so that all parties have the opportunity to assess it and respond. This is especially true if there are potential issues with the information being false or the information provided with it being false. She just has to follow the rules that are set. Once it is entered, it then is public information and can be presented into the public knowledge and discussed.

I mean, to be honest, a muted mic makes sense there. They’re debating whether the evidence is permissible based on the rules of the committee. They don’t want the rest of the room to hear what they’re saying before they make a decision, so they cut the mics. If someone in the room wants to influence the decision unfairly, not cutting the mics may give them an opportunity to do that.
There are moments where secrecy matters (in a beneficial way), and basic procedural things like this are good examples. Now, if there’s allegations of misconduct/corruption, that’s where an investigation into these instances would be appropriate.
