Cleaning cooling ducts | Removing limescale and rust | Plastic injection moulds

Cooling ducts of plastic injection moulds are cleaned with the RWR 80 L KST FULLY AUTOMATIC PLC cleaning system. Limescale and rust deposits, which among other things cause longer cooling times, are removed. Learn more about the cleaning system: bit.ly/3sFgjn7
Limescale and rust reduce the thermal conductivity of the plastic injection moulds, which increases the defect rate of the manufactured plastic parts and the amount of machining required.
The RWR 80 L KST FULLY AUTOMATIC PLC cleans internal circulation systems without disassembly and removes these deposits.
Step 1: Clean cooling ducts with Power Cleaner KST 2.0 (100 %) at 60 °C
Step 2: Flush cooling ducts with a 3 % corrosion protection/water mixture
