One of our drivers got gased while we, 5 of us, parked up 1 night at the svcs b4 Lux, on way to Swiss. I used to drive for Demtrans (A Team 2000) in Stockport, that was bk in late 90s 👍👍👍

Can you make a video about how - you find life on the road travelling through Europe.?
Why you decided you wanted to drive lorries?
What you think companies should do to sort the shortage of drivers.?
What do you think life on the road has to offer for people, how is it different from all the other jobs, what you love about it?
Do you prefer driving in the UK or Europe?
How will brexit effect lorry drivers, and does it worry you?

Have to say, I'm absolutely delighted you are back making videos, ned Kelly put me wide onto your videos and I was disappointed when you stopped for a while, thumbs up from me and I will eventually get my licence just too expensive at the moment and no time either... keep her lit and between the ditches...:)

Great video Mate, just like having a chat with a fellow trucker, just not the type you find at RDC waiting rooms, I hasten to add. Got to say that I've never got on with the Pelmets in the window, but not having the pleats right on the curtains will cause me to pull over and re stow them.

I am a non truck driver, I am trying to get into it but the test are so expensive and the apprenticeship want you to work in a warehouse for 6 months which sod that.
I thought on your last video you give up Europe which thank God you have not.
You are one of the 2 UA-camrs I like watching and ned kelly you are a genuinely a nice bloke typical northerner and you ain't weird like that tosser Luke Vernon.
Keep up the good vids and hopefully I get my test done and work together as i am a lancashire lad.

Good to see, your back; reminding me of: Luke (and Bertie) and; Ned's (and Moe) time. Watching Jason Walton and CJAcey videos - had to control it. Just a question: Is it now, that logistic companies can book, you European countries' destinations in advance: through specialized software; without having to stop and get a box? Good to see you and, must checkout your facebook page! Take Care and drive safety.

Hiya M8, great video as I'm NOT a lorry driver and it is very interesting to see inside the cab, please could you do a video of the drivers area, all the switches and controls that surround make me think of a space craft not a lorry so a tour round would be very interesting. Also how about a video showing us how you reverse, change gears as you drive, so I can see whats involved, brilliant anyway M8 thanx

What a sad sad world that we live in when a gas detector has to be fitted to a truck, please don’t think I’m stupid in saying that but I think it’s absolutely shocking that people will stoop that low to get stuff from your truck. Once again another great video, send some of that heat to Scotland, it’s back to wet and cold weather again, I just love your videos.
    Kind regards
    Johnny

Great to see your video. I used to help my father and do coach driving across Europe. Always wondered why we had all the "go" boxes for Austria etc and paid the taxes in Germany but foreign drivers used to not pay anything for driving on our roads. Has that changed now?

How much freedom do you have in route planning? Do firms like you to stay off the toll roads where possible? Or do you receive a bonus for being inventive and saving the company money? At PTM you seemed to avoid toll roads a fair bit.
You always produce good vids mate, keep them coming!

I mainly watch your vids and another guys which in my opinion are probably the best showing how euro works is done plus brings back floods of memories of my time doing the similar work before emigrating to Perth Australia in 2002. I drive road trains (well pull) here in Oz and just about to have a go doing vids & editing etc any advice on do’s & don’ts once again keep the vids coming. Know your not with them now but remember PTM well as I’m from southern uk

I always used Tom Tom. Be very very careful and never ever just blindly follow it. Use all available information, Google the company you're looking for and use satellite and street view to plan your route and even get a look at the place you're trying to find.

Hello Peter,as ex driver myself,I've enjoyed watching your videos, especially the controversial one for the non BS way you portray our industry.I started in 1974,did ME East and West Europe until 2010 and saw the many changes, good and bad in our industry.2questions,with all the "go boxes" you have to carry,do you have to recharge them in countries of origin,as we had to or are they topped up on line by the company?2nd question, the big one,how do you see the international haulage job after 2019 Brexit. Many thanks, safe driving.Paul Martin
