- It's ridiculously hot right now and it's only going to get hotter as we prepare for our trip to Turkey where it's 30 degrees right now. Dan finds a lazy way to mow the grass with his maracas and Mazzy finally takes it easy as all jobs are almost done.

Hi Guys don't stress Turkey me and my wife are there again from Tuesday in oludeniz...The Turkish people are lovely yes they will ask for you to look in shops and bars but a polite no thank you (if you wished not to)... obviously stay vigilant but that's the same for any holiday abroad but most importantly enjoy your holiday it's excellent 🇹🇷🍻
One tip carry passports when out and about as the police will ask if your on the dolmus bus...if you havent got id you will be fined...I've been three times never been asked but have seen people have been asked this season

Hey Dan, we just got back from Detroit, Michigan. we were in the middle of the NFL Draft pick it was insane... 😮 back in Alaska now still recovering hah
One issue we had in Turkey was fresh squashed orange drinks had magenta in them , they dint offer money back but other drinks which were just the same. We had that happen three times . The orange juice was In dispensers
Have a wonderful holiday in Turkey and beware of the scammers. Relax and enjoy. I was surprised to see Huggies nappies in the shop as it's an adult only site. I'm guessing there's a reason.

As i said i go twice a year to Turkey and another thing to watch out for is if they ask you to stand on their weighing scales to see what weight, you are you will have to buy it...Dont go to exchange offices to change your money as they will charge you commision, best go to small markets as they will give you the best rate. English notes is best for good rates...At the moment rate in Turkey is 40tl to the pound which is brillant.

Where I live Split Fried Hot Dogs are as common as the day is long! Good Ole Hot Dog with Mustard, Duke's Mayo and Chili with onions and slaw, split fried to perfection and a huge order of onion rings OH my! Yah Ain't lived till you try it! Get Mazzy to fix you up some good American Style Hot Dogs Dan!

Flipping heck you will both melt when you get on holiday. We go in august and its red hot in its 40s . You possibly wnt get sports in your room unless you watch on your phone. Tv channels in turkey are rubbish in your rooms. Most hotels hv a tv and all the bars have all the sports on. Paul Hudson is the weather guy for look north in Hull. Have a good holiday both of you xx

Aw I think you two have worked hard, especially Dan cutting all the grass. You need to book a holiday, if you're not already going on one. It would do you both the world of good & I heard Turkey is a good place to go, but be careful of the scams😏😂😂
