"You shall know the tree by its fruits." Im reminded of my reading 'In search of the miraculous.' I've never had a teacher and I'm inclinded to think the ancient wisdom texts of the world are more than sufficient to the honest seeker. Theres too much emphasis on innovation these days, probably because of the neoliberal veneration of modernity and the psychic self abuse and destroyed attention spans brought on by technology. To paraphrase Sir Roger Scruton traditions are answers to enduring questions.
Hi Angel. I don't know if it's a particular area of interest for you, but if it is I'd love to see a video by you on Kabbalah. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the subject.
Do you see *any concrete signs in your life in NY* that people will be more inclined to pursue religion/spirituality or (perceived) personal development as a consequence of this experience with Covid and as a consequence of experiencing the (in my view) messy, clumsy and dubious and destructive policy response to Covid?
It's really a mixed response, from what I've seen. Some people have taken the opportunity to work out more, for example, but other people seem to be content with "the new normal" and are advocating that groups they belong to continue to meet online rather than in person, for example. The reaction to Covid has drawn another line in the sand, it seems.
@@AngelMillar-TransformingChaos Thank you for your response even though it appears to be a somewhat reticent kind of response (your last sentence about "another line in the sand" is vague). However, what you say about people being content about a "new normal" is clear enough. Interestingly and "coincidentally", I randomly watched watched your video "The Beast in Man: Friend or Foe". In it you continue to answer the question that I posed here, so my sense that you were reticent here was satisfyingly countered by what you said in the beast video. You said men (a number of them) walk around with no pride coming off in body language, they walk with shoulders rolled forward. You said there is a mood of passivity. No surprise then that people would simply welcome (in a defeatist or apathetic way) this "new normal" It is not all bad though, you did say it is a mixed response. Also, many people have moved out of NYC and this may continue for some time.
Glad you found that video, and got some clarity from it. :) We'll have to wait and see how this plays out, perhaps. The NYC and LA exodus is certainly interesting.
I have come across a fake, that has been energetically stealing from genuine people.
The lengths this person has gone is unavailable.
Unfortunately, this is not that uncommon. I'm glad you've been able to see through this individual and I wish you luck on your spiritual journey.

Absolutely. As a counterbalance to prevailing opinions, Scruton was always worth listening to.
Well said.

Kabbalah isn't my area of expertise but I might make one soon on the subject in relation to the Scottish Rite and the Societas Rosicruciana.
@@AngelMillar-TransformingChaos that would be very nice
