You literally read my mind with this. I started on a kawaii track not long ago and watching this video, it was really interesting to see the same ideas from a different perspective. I found you from the Snails House remake when I was doing research for mine, and just checked back today to find this gem of a video. And for what it's worth, the drop on your own track is absolutely amazing. Really great video overall.
Some other stuff that could be fun if you ever decide to do a followup:
-More theory about composition. I'd love to see some ideas about voicing and melodies!
-Theory about the influences from other genres (Ex: I know a lot of kawaii stuff lately has been making use of bossa nova rhythms, and that kind of syncopation is an interesting topic on it's own.)
-More about sound design would be a lot of fun, but I know a lot of that can be garnered from the FLPs
Anyway, keep up the great work dude!

Quick version: (I assume you use FL) Go to the master channel and turn stereo separation to -100 so you get it to mono, It'll sound worse but when it's done it'll be better. Now put all your channels to lowest volume and increase them one by one to your liking (Pro tip: Master all your channels low and increase with a limiter on the master channel, that way it won't peak). Once you're done with that put an eq on all of your sounds and remove all the unnecesary frequencies, the easiest way it to cut both the high and low end then move the cuts to higher or lower frequencies untill you've isolated the sound with out changing the sound. Now turn back stereo separation to 0 and that's the basics :) You probably didn't understand completely but hopefully I was to some help :)

I like japanese stuff and the voices are so great to hear in Animes/Games.
There is no real new music (because many people can + make music), only a mix of different Elements and how we use them (+ mixing & mastering it).
So it's cool, if he make (sometimes) more funny stuff in the songs and (always) different instruments.
[For me was Aphex Twin with songs like "Windowlicker" the best experimental music maker]
Have nice days & fun [and if you like, say me your favourite Animes/Games (if you have some)] ;)
