dude skid's progressive growing terror throughout the week made me feel so bad. like, most weeks are against adults, but here, its just a terrified kid who lost his best friend to the corruption, a living nightmare where he has no hope, no way of fighting it off, and his own best friend helping the corruption spread. i think that really helped set in the real weight of the corruption for me.
