Gavin was actually right about the ballistic effect of firing downhill as opposed to uphill. Shooting while on high ground, bullets can travel much farther than shooting uphill. That's why ballistics warfare has always emphasized seizing the high ground, because it extends the range that bullets can effectively fly and hit the target. If you are on a hill, and your opponent is at the foot of the hill, you can level your rifle parallel to the ground your enemy is standing on, and your bullet can travel forward for miles before hitting the ground. If you are standing on the same elevation as your enemy and fire with your rifle leveled parallel to the ground, , your bullet can only go a few hundred yards before striking the ground.

You fire a bullet from 5 feet up, it falls at a rate of 1 inch a second and flies at a rate of 500 meters a second (as an example), it'll fly 3000 meters before hitting the ground. Fire it from 200 feet up, it'll fly 12000 meters before hitting the ground.

i found myself agreeing with gavin about putting the turret at the top of a hill, while playing titanfall but his argument was butchering the delivery.
Why would he tell anybody that he was grooming young women into sleeping with him WHILE HE WAS MARRIED? Sleeping with fans is one thing, but cheating on your spouse to do so is just horrible.
I like to think that they each have their own senses of humor and that both are very funny, and that Jeremy has created his own place within AH without having to replace anyone
