Yes sir I agree with you sir. She should be charged for wounding with intent also. She should be also charged for assault just like the civilian. She is out of order to be pulling on the civilian hair like that. OMG The police should have dealt with the situation better. She wanted to show ourthority that is why she behaves like that. If you listen to her she said she is going to lock hercup without any bail. As if she is the judge. The he civilian should get herself a good lawyer and sue her backside also for malicious destruction of property too bcz she burst off the lady's chain. Two wrong doesn't make a right. She sue her for distress and loss of income as she is also unable to work bcz of the bite to her finger. I do hope the judge charge her for wounding with intent. She is rude and out of order. Respect goes where respect comes from. You earned respect not by force.

The police lack professionalism. They should leave the woman because they don't have the proper equipment to carry out their arrest. The police should let the woman go, then go to the head of the school, take her address, and carry out the arrest at the woman's home. The police are the law, and the civilians should respect the police, as the lady behaved very badly.
