This was my first experience of SMRPG. I was at a friend's house and we went through Rose Town and Forest Maze. Mario still had the hammer, Mallow was unarmed, and we really didn't know what we were doing. With the green skin and red hair I thought Bowyer was some kind of knockoff Bowser even until a few years ago. But my very first experience was some of the most important and valuable minutes in this masterpiece of a game, and here we are 26 years later still loving it.
My first impression of Geno was like this: "Alright, cool design, let's test his basic attack" *ROCKET PUNCH* " *slams table* best character ever, 10/10" -silly 10 year old me.
Kinda curious on how they'll do Bowyer's battle in the Switch remake. Sure all the buttons correspond to the original SNES buttons (Y, X, and A), but they're not purple/multicolored like the SNES/Super Famicom were.
Depends on whether you’ve been taking drugs such as cannabis, methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, etc. Or it could also depend on whether or not you’re at a high altitude. So you decide for yourself whether you’re high or not.

Find it odd this is the only boss battle to start with a cutscene. It’s like Geno started the battle too early without Mario and Mallow.

As far as I remember, the Attack Bowyer uses largely depends on whichever Button he disables.
I'm glad I hoarded the revival items. Geno died TWICE when I fought Bowyer

Probably just redesign them to match w/ the buttons on the Joy-Cons.

i hate this boss so much, mario was dead, geno was dead, mallow had 1 hp, i had no fp, and bowyer kept locking my x button and never strayed from it
