as i am a topper it doesn't mean to replace tv show with exercise ,,you should not do all time study you also have to extra activities it can be anything ,you can see tv for half an hour to refresh your mind and other thing is to make a timetable if you have made it follow it properly here is my timetable- 3:30-wake up 3:30 to 3:40-warm up 3:40to 4:30-maths 4:30 to 5:30-sst 5:30to 6:00-physics 6:00to 7:00-get ready for school 7:00to 2:00-school 2:30-reached home 2;30to 3:00 lunch and rest 3:00to 3:30-homework 3:30 to 3;40-get ready for stadium 3:40 to 6:30-stadium 6:30-back to home 6:50 to 7:30- chemistry 7:3o to 8:30-biology 8:30to 9:00 -dinner and spending time with family 9:00to 9:30-hindi 9:30 to 9:40 -playing time with siblings 9:40 to 10;20-story books 10:20to 10:30-phone time 10;30 to 3;30-good night here is my timetable when school is on and summer vacation is same but have some extra activities seeting tv for 20 minutes and having phone for 30 minutes and much more

As A topper with a backbencher behaviour ,i suggest only one thing that enjoy while studying and wnjoy ur lifee too....i am not that type of topper who is strict about their behaviour, seriously i never want to be leader ,even if my class teacher wanted me to be a leader ,i deliberately reject it,becoz i am not that tyoe of person ,i myself talk a lot during class(free periods)so guyzz there is no restriction to you, just love what u study and there are some secrets which i never tell'em....😂and i have never studied more than 4to 5 hours a day,but i will nicely scroll yt shorts,apotlight and also i have the ability to finish a drama within 2days ......😂

You don't need to stop all these infact if you do it feel demotivate you even more instead what you do is understand the lectures fully and when it's exam time recall everything if there's free time study a few things even before exams practice a few things, if you have the stamina to write everything do it or you can just learn it in your free time & do summer vacation work, focus on what the teacher is explaining basically try to understand the lecture & try to make it into your own easier wordings obviously dont change the whole topic just few difficult words, example:- Exhausted or tired! SO it's easier for you to learn & ofcourse use mobile, play, sleep fully, dont skip any meal also study in the morning not in midnight
Look if u dont do this replacement u can also be a topper bt some changes just like : - do not learn understand it. - write wht u think , express it nicely. - after one question draw lines. -complete ur copies. And main, -take part in competatives exams .. Hope this helps..❤
