    I enjoyed and liked some of your other videos, but had to give this a thumbs down - because you failed to demonstrate Budinski and Kernig signs

      Hi - that's ok - Kernigs and Brudzinskis are also legitimate methods of assessing for meningism. Im trying to keep things simple and memorable which is why they are not included.
      I'm pleased you pointed this out - we should alll have the right to speak freely, discuss and debate.

      ​@@Safestreet Statistically speaking, Kering's and Brudzinkis have poor sensitivity. Can't rule out Meningitis or SAH just because these signs are absent.

      Tests to illustrate meningismus (such as Kernig and Brudzinski signs) were originally developed and tested in patients with severe, late-stage untreated bacterial and tuberculous meningitis in the preantibiotic era.
      These tests may be less sensitive in modern day community-acquired bacterial meningitis.
