- This is my cover of Trashed, Lost and Strungout. This was the first song I ever heard from Children of Bodom back in '04. I spent some time trying to really nail the solo as most tabs and information out there is wrong. ;)
RIP Alexi Laiho and thank you for your gift and inspiration.

I really apprecaite that. I think the reason i did good on the tone was that I had my kemper and was able to profile the lee jackson metaltronix behind me. Alexi used the pre amp for all his old tones so i got as close as i could. much love on the support.

Thanks dude. I really tried. It was a little tricky at times as not both guitars always do the exact same thing. But the solo took a couple days to figure out all the little details and then figure how he might have played it.

@@damiencrow8338 I mean it. I've restarted my guitar play after three years break and was searching for a tutorial for this song. There is no one still. I've searched for original Alexi videos and i was shocked about his skill - it was sooo bad. Especially his dvds. Years ago i didn't notice it. Your video is the closest to the studio version.

One of the most accurate, if not "the" most accurate cover of this song. So many details in this one, from specific slides to pinch harmonics, and you got them all. You should definitely try to make money with a guitar in your life 😄
I really appreciate that dude🤘. I worked really hard on this song. I do In fact make money playing guitar for a living. I just do it being a local guitar teacher in Illinois. As well as a guitar tech. Just never had a passion for being a full time content creator on UA-cam. I hate video editing 🤪🤣.

It’s been a little while, but I think the whole process took me about a week to learn. Some riffs I knew from when I was a teenager. It’s was the solo that took forever.
