The tgfbros💀💀💀
As a skater this hurts to watch, but fair play to you for giving it ago much respect 👊
As a blader, ths was very funny to watch, great effort dude, but you can't master any type of skating in 24 hrs, just do it 1-2 times a week and your body will naturally progress.
It's amazing how the body adapts to most of our physical demands...
I have rollerbladed for three years and did roller skating for two years before. I now visit my local skatepark a lot and feel completely confident. It’s crazy how quickly you progressed. You should take this further and try learning some tricks.
no kidding if you just spend like maybe a few days you start to get the hang of the basics pretty quick, I've been skating on and off for like 3-4 years and am now already riding aggressive inclines and doing more and more tricks.
yeah he tried on a fucked up wet surface with leaves everywhere. just gotta stay low and skate when it's dry until you're good enough to adjust to having less grip
I always love how foreign rollerblading is to the world.
Skating on wet floor is way harder than a dry floor as there is less grip you improved very quickly in four hours ! The biggest tip is to always lean forwards never backwards when you feel like you will fall. If you are still into wanting to improve happy to help out if not I really hope you at least enjoyed it one of my favourite things to do is skate!
Watching Romell learn all these new skills is exactly why we should all follow his example. Thats a real man right there.
I wanna see romell surf
hey romell hope ur doing good, ur doing so good with ur vids lately we all appreciate it
Hell yeah, Acosta is the man, keep watching his vids and you'll be doing grinds and stuff on them things. You added an extra level doing it on a damp surface. 😂
We need tgf back
Thanks mate kids crying now...
innit, these romell videos are so dead
They’ll be back for Christmas Callander
They have a lot of personal problems going on atm they will announce something on there ig accounts
And as a TGF fan aswell I do understand y’all’s concerns and want them back not is the right time for them I think I mean they do upload on there personal channels
As a rollerblader, this was dope, but also not cool to not credit Acosta Blades. Such a dope skater
I feel yah
its so good to actually see NEW people. and not professionals teaching. they’re always “take steps and move” like no. we r gonna fall on our ass 20 times in a second.. its not just step and boom ur gliding. i was practicing yesterday and the best i did was steps and moved. was going home.. uh went on the a street.. neighbor hooked his motorcycle and i almost fell 30times.. made it but fell on the driveway. something the professionals don’t teach/show.
also would recommend new people sit on the grass. take steps there and then one step on concrete, other foot on grass until you get used to concrete, move both feet. always do on sidewalk oe something by grass.. tried in a school basketball court and fucked my knee..
Hell yea just what I needed romell thank you for uploading 🐐🎉
Any time i appreciate you my guy
You have many options:
- Jump from a diving board into a swimming pool.
- Do gymnastics (try any discipline or different videos to do them all and carry a progression until the end)
- I don't know if you know how to do archery, but it's also great, or clay pigeon shooting, which is more complicated.
- Some kind of complicated dance, perhaps? Break dance type
- If you manage to learn magic tricks... perfect
I don't know, there are many things you could do...
My back hurts thinking about this
@@romellhenrytgf do rugby
@@romellhenrytgf Mine too.
The trick with skating is that the movement is done by the wheels rolling, as opposed to walking where you place one foot in front of the other. You don't want to "step" with your skates, you push off to the side with one skate to get the other one to roll forward. You only bring your foot back up to stand on while you push off with the other side.
Also, switching to quads at the rink was a good idea, it gives you a more stable platform on each foot instead of balancing on blades!
Watching romell learn to scuba dive would be cool as hell
I love how he saw one video of how to stop on skates, the hardest way, and just went with it...
it depends on the person but yeah he probably shouldnt be doing a power stop
He said it in the begginers guide, your legs need to be in a V-shape. When rollerblading, you fall when you try to push from a leg facing forward, then you lose balance, when its diagonal you can actually push from it and all the power you put into it doesnt go elsewhere making you lose balance.
I always thought it was hard to go slow when I learned rollerblading its a lot easier to just get up to speed because you stabilise yourself and don't have to move as much. also push outwards rather than trying to walk forwards.
One thing I think I can help you is whenever you're falling towards the floor, stop going entirely stiff with your body and let your body fall limp towards the floor instead,
It helps to prevent any major vibrations from falls traveling down your bones and breaking them but won't prevent you getting hurt
Best Part is that you used an Acosta Blading video. This Dude is great.
Really enjoyed you giving Rollerblading a Shot and i think you should give it another try 👌🏼
Awesome video! If you want to try it again, I would suggest falling ONTO your pads. That means lean forward a bit more - it's a lot safer to fall forward than backwards. Sounds dumb, but it is.
This is the kind of stuff I want to show people who tell me they're afraid to start rollerblading.
Acosta blades has great videos!!
This was fun to watch
Hey Romell, let me take you to WINTER CLASH just near Amsterdam, In February! I have a spare ticket, you’ll see what blading is all about and get to see some real madness haha!
Hats off for trying but seriously, you were at so much risk by not having someone experienced to show and explain how it works.... I wish I could have or someone been there for you, you would have learnt so much and fallen much less. Love blading the skateparks!!!
Bro I dislocated my shoulder learning backflips after your video honestly was banter 😂
Most important thing you missed, only skate when the weather is nice, slippery gras and ground is no fun for a beginner, next time wait for dry sidewalks ;)
Also try to stay staggered, strong foot behind, other one like a foot spacing in front, push with strong foot and then balance your weight to the other foot while holding balance and use the speed, then switch sides and push with weak foot and repeat to get speed.
Peace from Germany !
What's the hardest part about rollerblading?
Rollerblading, obviously.
I was like this guy is really going to piss me off this morn…
Oh, I agree lmao
You’re a great motivation to learn new skills
new collection looks fire
Seeing some inspiration for the thumbnail there 😉 great vid geeza
Thanks bro had a few ideas but yours stood out a recommendation from my editor, I just wish I could skate as good as you 🥲
im a professional scooter rider, id love to see you learn how to tailwhip or bar spin a scooter, or even both!
Don't stop mate, keep practicing
Love what you’ve done with the channel m8! Keep up the good content!
now youve mastered roller blading i think u should have an attempt at speed skating
watching these guys fall backwards was so anxiety inducing what kinda inline skating video doesn't tell you 500 times to never fall backwards!!!
i recommend you taking out the break in the back of one of the roller blades, it only stops you from doing some things
you need to learn butterfly knife tricks, using a butterfly knife trainer of course, but it could be quite cool
Rommel about to be the most skillful person on the planet
As an Inline skater. You earned yerself a sub

Saw this and my friends and I were like hell yeah let’s go roller skating, yeah I got a sprained ankle now lmaoo
Ice skating next mate 😂😂😂😂
skydiving but not the jumping out the plane type just the one where they do it in that tube/wind tunnel
Channels or people to look at for tutorials are SkateFreshAsha, SkaMiDan, or Ricardo Lino, there is a couple more, FlowSkate I think it is and another I can't remember. Rollerblading is not the term by the way, it is Inline Skating as Rollerblade is a brand hence Rollerblading as a term is a myth, just clarifying that. No-one learns to rollerblade as that is a make of skate.
Wait until you hear about moving in the water.
Day 1 progress is good 👍
Loving the vids romell keep it up bro
I love how he’s wearing the new childish hoodie let’s goooo 🎉🎉🎉😊

RUBIX CUBE!!!! please badman ting ❤️
Romell I’d like to see you learn archery, the aim for having it “learnt” should be when you get 3 bullseyes in a row 🤷♂️
I tought myself how to solve a rubiks cube, it is possible to do in 24h, but it will require some determination... Love from Belgium!
You mastered the bike Let’s see you try a motorbike
you should try aggressive roller blading
you should try learning a muscle-up on a pull-up bar, it would take a lot longer but you could then make a vid like "how I learned a muscle up in 3 months" so to speak. i think its a challenge you'd enjoy but everyone would also like to see. Plus its a cool skill to show off 😏
Learn how to build a house with only wooden dowels & rope lashings then for the roof or walls you can just buy reed/bamboo/thatched screen panels commonly used for fences & screens
Well done Romell, learn to ride a unicycle. Xx
