Vegans were healthier ( and it was cheaper) 40+ years ago cos we didn’t have all the processed plant based products that are about now. 39 years ago when I went Vegan the only Vege burgers were in powder form in packets that you had to add water to and could only be bought in health food shops. So 95% of what we ate was Wholefoods, even plant milks there was only Soya that also could only be bought in health food shops, so we didn’t use much of that either. The only unhealthy thing we did use was Vegan Margarine, but that was used sparingly cos of it being unhealthy & was expensive and also could only be bought in health food shops. 🌻🌎✊🏽
@@Kiyarose3999 I completely agree with you ! People cooked more, they prepared their own meals. Unfortunately the corporations are trying to cash in,I wouldn't mind, but I do wish they would come up with healthier foods. Also, just because it is labeled "vegan" it doesn't mean cruelty free,so I hope people will always look for and only purchase products that have the cruelty free logo or a statement saying product is cruelty free.
If you are an ethical vegan you have a responsibility to speak up for the animals. Remaining silent does nothing for the Animals ! If we don't speak up for the animals, who will ?
Excellent outreach. Thank you 💗💗💗

It has never been easier, cheaper or healthier to go vegan.

You need a conscience to be vegan, sadly a lot of people don't seem to have one.
garibaldi,I agree, it also takes compassion, integrity and courage to be vegan, not everyone is capable.

Exactly if she/we are not going to be the voice for the voiceless who is!. ‘’If not you, who?, if not now, when?’’ 🌻🌎✊🏽
