I bought ipad 8th gen 32gb wifi only model on July 2021 for 30k. Just after 2 months on sep 2021, 9th gen was released. But i didn't have any regrets. There were only 3 differences b/w 8th & 9th gen. 1st is A12 bionic chip and A13 bionic which doesn't affect much in performance. 2nd is display of 9th gen contains sRGB and True Tone. 3rd is front cam, 8th gen has 1.2mp and 9th gen has 12mp. Rest everything is same. I am still using it and getting regular updates. I am now using it as a laptop as my laptop got outdated. Only drawback now i face is i can't play some new releasing games as those require M series chipset. Rest all other productivity stuff like office work, editing, entertainment can be done effortlessly. You just need a bluetooth keyboard, mouse and a lightning to usb adapter for external storage then you can use it as a laptop.

Mujhe office work ke liye ipad zyada better lagta hai. Compact, sleek and light weight hai aaram se carry karke le jao aur kaam karo. Bade se gaming laptop leke ghumna mujhe pasand nhi. Laptop me bas ghar pe kaam karta hu. Aisi soch rakhoge to 50-60k me gaming laptop se better gaming pc aa jayega to pc lo na laptop kyu loge, but usko to leke nhi ghum sakte na. Sabka apna apna purpose hai wo smjho.
