There shouldn’t be a bitter taste if you wash until the water becomes clear, i seen another UA-camr, Ms Shi make it and i used her recipe and it wasn’t bitter at all. @@livieee_

hi sorry for the late response! as far as i know there are many types of pomelo and usually the ones available in my area are these green ones!!
