Can I use whipped cream instead of heavy cream? Also if instead of lemon juice, can I add vanilla essence for vanilla flavor?

Yes, you can use whipped cream instead of heavy cream for this ice cream. It works just as well! Heavy cream has a bit more fat, but whipped cream will do the trick perfectly. If you have a bit of vanilla extract, add it in for a really nice vanilla flavor. It is a great idea!
