Taylor's cutaway maple/spruce Grand Concert has been revoiced to be richer, warmer and more complex, adding extra depth to the Grand Concert body’s natural clarity and top-end chime. Tone-enhancing strokes include a new back bracing profile, a torrefied (specially roasted) top that yields wonderfully aged tonal character, protein glues that optimize the tonal transfer, and an ultra-thin, 3.5-mil gloss finish to enhance the acoustic resonance.
