Sri Lankan Hoppers - #Appa Recipe
Ingredients
01). 300g of String hopper Flour
02). 1 Tsp of Yeast
03). 2 Tsp of Sugar
04). 1 Marie Biscuit
05). 150 ml of Coconut Water
06). 500 ml of Coconut Milk
07). Some Salt
08). 1/8 Tsp of Baking Soda
අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය
01. ඉදිආප්ප පිටි ග්‍රෑ 300
02. ඊස්ට් තේහැඳි 1
03. සීනි තේහැඳි 2
04. මාරි බිස්කට් 1
05. පොල් වතුර මි ලි 150
06. මද උණුසුම් පොල්කිරි මි ලි 500
07. ලුනු රස අනුව
08. ආප්ප සෝඩා තේහැඳි 1/8
