Regarding the subject of medical records potentially being compromised to people simply disrespecting Princess Catherine's privacy from the moment she was hospitalized....it's all shameful. I'm a former medical professional who took my oath seriously....and I'm now a patient who is permanently disabled. I just shake my head if someone did breach confidentiality in regard to the Princess's records. I am not however a 'troll' - despite you thinking so. I don't know if the video reflects Catherine or not; however, from moment one I have stated I don't think it is her. Do I KNOW that?! Of course not. No-one knows one way or the other.

The media are not allowed to willy nilly film the royal family and publish footage. Yet this guy secretly films the royals when he says himself that he thought they wanted privacy. Not only that he then he decides to "share" (sell?) his secretly filmed footage so it can be publicly shown by The Sun.
I'm struggling to find anything in these actions that makes him likeable. If anything, it would be the opposite.

When determining the credibility & reliability of a statement, an important consideration is whether there is any conflict of interest. These are absolute fundamentals in many walks of life, e.g. Justice/ courts, scientific papers, exker witnesses, salesman, etc. Etc.
People should take lessons from this gentleman. He respected the Prince and Princess of Wales by giving them their space and not confronting them. Yes he took a video to show to his family. Only after speaking to others and reading about the negativity did he decide to share the video with the public. He had only kind words to say about Catherine and William. For and those who continue to bully and make false claims, like this gentleman said get a hobby.
It is this "gentleman" that seems to be making false claims. What he says in this video is different to what he is quoted as saying the Sun article, which is also a different version to what TMZ quote him as saying.
I suggest that what he says is taken with a gigantic mountain of salt, particularly if the claim that he was paid a substantial sum are true.

@TheSun you need to listen to shopper in your video and do some investigative journalism and try to track down the source of the bot/trolls. Last year here in the US, there was a situation in which someone used bots to verbally attack one of the cast member's child on a reality show (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) via this route. It is my understand that they were able to identify the source of the attacks. someone might want to do the same for the bot attack on Catherine. It would be interesting to see where the funding for this originated.

I never mentioned anything about permissions for him to sell his footage. He does not need any permission from anyone to sell his video footage to media outlets.
If (and it's a big if) the "royal legal team" are going to be the back of anyone it *would not be Nelson.* It would be the Sun & TMZ (and other media outlets) for publishing the imagery. But that would only potentially be the case if the people filmed are actually William & Kate.
You say he's trying to bring a end to the drama. Do you think the publishing of this video brought the drama to an end or created more drama & speculation? If you are uncertain which then I suggest you read the rest of the comments on this video.
Since Nelson admits himself that he does not take any interest in the royal family then it is extremely peculiar that he suddenly gets involved in something he has no care for and he thinks it is his responsibility to "end the drama".

The shopper who took the video seems like a nice guy. In a way it’s good he took the video as it helps put an end to the frenzy and all the rumors. And he seems truthful and it wasn’t a pap set up like the other one across the pond routinely seems to do.

Seems to me that in these situations, a person should be making one choice, from a list of two options.
1. Operate like a paparazzi stalker, and use your phone to make videos of celebrities in shops.
OR
2. Do paid speaking engagements in which you lecture people about "being respectful", and also... call other people "trolls".
Both of these together, reveals a person to be a worm.
