Steps to fix your device.
1. Heat up the screen and remove it.
2. Remove four screws and a coupe of ribbon cables
3. Remove the motherboard/battery assembly.
4. Remove four screws.
5. Disconnect another ribbon and lift its adhesive
6. Carefully separate the battery and motherboard
7. Connect the battery ribbon to the new motherboard
8. Attach the motherboard and battery with the four screws.
9. Connect all of the ribbons and install the assembly into the housing.
10. Connect the screen and install the bracket and two screws.
11. Apply a constant line of glue to the housing and press the screen in place.
12. Wrap the watch in a rubber band or put it in a clamp for 24 hours to let the glue cure.
13. Get back to working out 🏋️
