Unplug ur tv wait 1 minute plug it back in don’t have any hdmi or anything plugged into ur tv and then try ur settings that’s what I did when my tv went black
Instead of telling people that are having trouble with their TV and perhaps have a black screen to go to the on screen menu (???) Why don't you just show on the video what that on screen menu should look like because mine doesn't go black it just goes dark and I can't see it So I came here thinking that maybe I could see what my onscreen menu controls are then cursor up down back and forth whatever

I have an RCA RC32D2-A that doesn't seem to have a reset button. The TV flashes the RCA Dogs logo and then goes blank every time I power it on with the remote.
I followed the steps except for the factory reset from menu because is asking me for a pin which I don’t know but.. while following those steps my tv worked 😅 thanks a lot!
RCA is so stupid. Why would they put a reset button on some of their TVs but not others? And why would they make some of them with the reset option in the menu which can't be accessed by people whose screen is black? It's no wonder why their brand is dead now.

This tv doesn’t have factory reset button or advanced setting with reset option. Got this TV for my kids to play games on. Light flickers constantly 😢
