Kurt Bunker, is a Deputy for the Banshee County Sheriff Department (BSD). He has previous experience as a Deputy, working for the Dade County Sheriff, but is also a former neo-nazi skinhead. His application for the BSD deputy vacancy (created by the death of Emmett) was initially rejected with the hiring of Billy Raven. Yet he is hired by Lucas Hood after taking initiative at the CADI during Chayton's siege.
Kurt Bunker grew up in an abusive household to a dad who beat him regularly. In addition to this, he had a stutter, so he was also ostracized by his peers. A young man in his neighborhood, known only by the name of "Tank" took pity on young Kurt, bought him soda and talked to him about how he too can change things.
One day, when Kurt's father gave his son a black eye, Tank assaulted Kurt's father, claiming "Your boy is one of ours now". Following this altercation, Kurt joined the Nazi movement Tank was a member of.
After "a little more than five" years, Bunker left the Nazi scene behind and regrets having shared its ideology. However, he still carries his tattoos of iconic Nazi imagery with him. He is having them removed, but the process is taking longer than anticipated.
When Alison confronts him with how the story of his early life and recruitment into the racist organization he was a member of is no excuse, Bunker replies with "I know," showing the utter remorse he felt for his past actions.

What an incredible edit on Kurt Bunker! I loved this character a lot
Thank you so much he's my second favourite character after Hood. Fun fact the part at 2:06 where he was shooting the rifle wasn't originally full burst so I added a muzzle flash effect onto it.
