BANSHEE - The Best Action Show You Have NEVER Heard Of

- The Cinemax show Banshee has long been on my radar as I've heard nothing but good things about it, despite the relatively low audience viewership. Due to this, I decided to check it out and now, it's the focus of today's Lost and Found. Banshee, now viewed on HBO Max is a great action television series led by the wonderful Antony Starr as the enigmatic lawman Lucas Hood. The show pulls literally no punches as it is in constant go mode, with terrific action set pieces, brutal violence and some of the best character work I've seen on TV in a long time. You can't go wrong with this easy to binge TV action drama!

Hey Tots, I've returned from a bit of a hiatus. I've struggled as of recent with difficulties in physical/mental health. I absolutely love UA-cam and want to continue to do this as much as possible. I definitely need everyone's support as much as possible. Simply liking the video, sharing it and doing whatever you can really, really helps! Banshee is a great TV series and one, I think a lot of you will like! I also have some 'plosives' in this video and that's due to my pop filter breaking. Hopefully that will be fixed for the next video. Thanks as usual for supporting and I hope to see you all on the next video! - Mr. Tot
Glad to have you back with us, I’ve enjoyed watching your channel for years.
How are you Nater? Are things better?
@@rustyshackleford2703 Health is still about the same. I do what I can day to day. It isn't easy. I'm just happy to be here. I hope you're enjoying the content!
@@NaterTot I have. Wanted to check on you. I deal with depression too. I'm wishing you the best brother. Take it one day at a time and know that although you might feel isolated that there are strangers that genuinely wish you the best in any battle that you have on your plate.
I Just came from watching the show and it is really really good my favourite about it is the fight scenes as john wick intensity as you said..
Cinemax sucked at marketing. This show should have been huge.
theyre really failing with warrior too
it had a decent cult following (myself included) but never got as popular as it should have been
@@jordanl1911 Same. I was watching it week to week and brought a buddy in on it as well. Cinemax is just an off network. If it was on HBO or even Showtime, it may have gotten more attention from critics.
it was huge you just came to the party when it was over been out for like 10 years
The name wasn't good, I passed it over so many times
Job is one of my favorite supporting characters in any show. Lucas is such a badass, and Proctor is such a good villan. Chayton and Clay are also both horrifying.
LOL, my uncle actually turned me onto Banshee. I'm trying to think of a nice way to word this, so I'll just say, he is not very tolerant. Ironically, Job was his favorite character. And not only that, but I believe his exact words were something like, "Those gays oughtta make Job the posterboy for their movement. Everyone loves a badass, no matter what they look like." This would be the equivalent of getting Kanye to come around on the Juice
@@RustCole01He probably felt that way because he is an actual character with a personality that revolves around more than his gender - something that many DEI inclusions fall short of.
@@ideal9544 That's it exactly. He exists in the world, while nowadays the world and every character revolves around the special characters, whatever it is, gay, trans, does not matter. They don't understand to write those characters, while all they have to do is just write real life and be done with it. And by real life I don't mean the drama queens on social media, wo are probably also the persons who write up that stupid stuff in shows to begin with.
Jobs pry my fav supporting character ever
HBO saw the success of The Boys and nabbed this series up. Antony Starr somehow had been flying under the radar until then. The dude is a brilliant actor. Just finished season 1. Shit rocks.
HBO owns Cinemax and Banshee originally aired on Cinemax
Love the boys this man can act omg
Literally, I watched the show because I heard he starred in this before. Otherwise no one will know of this gem.
Gonna reply to the comments counteracting your point about the boys being the reason HBO bought it? No proof just…trust me bro?
That sounds so weird. It was on HBO all those years ago, I used to watch it there.
Antony's phenomenal performance as Homelander in The Boys brought me here.
Antony
Me to
As for me visa- versa I've been trying to get people to watch this for years. And now to...The Boys
It's insane how good he is in that role. Easily the best superhero/supervillain performance of all time.
It's a shame. Opposite for me. This show is the only reason i started watching the Boys. This is one of the best shows ever.
I just binged the heck out of this. And while I would normally be depressed at having no more Banshee, it’s highly re-watchable. Re-watching episodes 1, 2 are just as entertaining as the first time around.
I binged the hell out of it too ❤
The way they ended the show was great, I loved it. I just finished watching it all and already miss it. Such a great show!
i fucking loved this show. i have re-binged it every other year since it concluded and it still entertains
i watch it 8 days straight
Same here. I've seen nothing that compares to Banshee. Not before, not after it.
One of the best TV shows EVER. Incredible form beginning to end.
It really was a big surprise. I was looking for more of what Antony Starr has done after watching the Boys and saw the banshee in his filmography so gave it a shot. I was hooked from the first episode and had the entire show watched in like 2 weeks lol. Such a fun show.
Awesome bro I did the same. Just finished it and loved it!
I did the exact same thing. I just started the show last week and I’m already on the final season.
Anthony plays some pretty intense and crazy roles. He's a top tier actor IMO.
The entire cast of this show was amazing. Sugar and Kai were unbelievable and even the side characters were great. Fat Al only had a handful of scenes but he was really good in all of them. And of Course, the main characters killed it as well. Hood and Burton did such a ridiculously good job with the action/fight scenes.
And only in the world of Banshee can a reformed neo-nazi become a beloved character in less than 2 episodes. Kurt Bunker and his whole arc was incredible. Wish they had him involved from the beginning.
I just finished binging this and Bunker is by far my favorite character. Did you notice his face tatt faded with each appearance? By the end, it was barely visible.
I loved Kurt Bunkers story arc super tragic character then there’s his brother and his wife then even their father, stand out performances all around I miss this show
@@brandonchism6960 Ya know, I heard someone else mention something like that but I hadn't noticed that. I did notice that the laser removal on his chest tattoo went poorly tho.... jk.
@@thecat5872 'your boy is one of us now' heartbreaking..
I know my appearance may be unsettling.... 😂😂
Starr in The Boys is just playing. Here's the real shit
He goes from fighting to running, jumping, crying, PTSD, anxiety and most of the time, fucking.
Just finished the whole show and man, you're not going to see something like this again. The writing is superb!
When i first finished this show i immediately restarted it and watched it again. Such a good show
Oh wow. I kind of recommended this series to you months ago (on your Justified vid) but I never thought you'd actually watch it, let alone make a video on it. Can't wait to see it!
Yes! I'm glad I watched it! I honestly think it is better than Justified and I LOVED Justified.
This show was the only reason I maintained a Cinemax subscription... Great show and highly underrated.
If you haven't already and still have Cinemax, you should watch "Warrior". It also has great actions scenes with good plot and actors!
@@abdulnaqvi8284 they suck at marketing, so these shows don't come out.
Loved this show so badass. I remember watching year to year and they continue to one-up each season. Except the last season but I blame that on ending prematurely.
Me too! I actually really enjoyed the fourth season. It felt like a breath of fresh air. It felt more like a character piece, rather than the frenetic action we had come to love.
@@NaterTot turns out the only real reason for that was Bc Antony Starr told the creators he didn’t want to do as much action anymore. It was so taxing physically- esp as he was getting older+took more time to recover from, it took up every minute of his free time for working out, training, and fight choreography. So they cut the majority of action from the final season. Wish the real reason was more cerebral than that haha
@@_birdie then he took a role on The Boys 3 years later lol
@@jamesestelle7260 I heard Antony say the only reason he took the role was because he was told all he’d have to do was shoot lasers outta his eyes lol
@@_birdie well that makes sense, he wore that bandage on his hand since getting hit with that baton
This show was amazing. To anybody who’s a fan of the boys and Antony Starr I highly recommend this show. The last season was alright but the first 3 are fantastic.
Season 3 of Banshee is a pitch perfect masterpiece
I’ve been singing the praise of this masterpiece of a show for years, so original so violent so different, this is where Anthony Star shines as this dangerous anti-hero till the final season, please track this show down and enjoy, very disturbing crime drama about one of the most F$&Ked up towns in America !
THIS AND STRIKE BACK. 2 OF THE BEST ACTION SHOWS HARDLY EVER TALKED ABOUT.
Strike Back is so good. I only watched the first season though :(
@@NaterTot don't watch after season 1.
Banshee is amazing man. It kicks ass so much. I've seen it two times, and I just remembered to watch it again!
Banshee is the reason I'm a fan of Starr which is really the reason I gave The Boys a chance. Starr is just awesome
Agreed. I feel he is much, much better here than as Homelander. But I’m glad he is getting credit, period.
@@NaterTotI'd argue Homelander has more going on and is harder to pull off as a character, and thus greater achievement for Starr. That being said, I have only seen the first two seasons of Banshee so far.
I didn’t realize he was Homelander until the scene where he’s staring at his portrait. I was like “I know this mf from somewhere”
@@vario6492 I think you're both right. He IS better imo, as Lucas Hood, at least to some extent, than he is as Homelander. However, Homelander is a REALLY difficult character to play THAT well and he does a fantastic job as Homelander too. I watched The Boys first, but both of his roles are exceptional, really. Hood was an easier role played slightly better and Homelander was a harder role played slightly worse, but still better than most people could even dream of pulling off.
The action scene in the car was one of the best action sequences i have ever seen. They did such a good job with it.
one of the best fights
Probably the craziest high quality show I've ever seen. It's so weird to consider how over the top everything was, yet it still had deep writing and great acting.
Jon Gabrus did a mini-series in his High and Mighty podcast several years ago, I believe the episodes were called "Fanshee" where he and Sean Clements (iirc, if not: Hayes Davenport) talked about how nuts the show is, had writers on as guests and I believe got the guy who played the Amish uncle villain as a guest.
I couldn't find a link with a quick search but it's the internet and it has to be out there if it's something that interests you.
It may not be the greatest show in human history but it's the coolest one. It was like the showrunners had only one goal - to make the most entertaining, fun, and engaging freaking rollocoaster of the show ever, just to make you feel great. And that's exacly what they did.
This was the greatest show I randomly stumbled onto without ever hearing of it beforehand
I remember finding a clip from Season 1 of Hood defeating The Albino. I sent it to my friends and we ended up watching it all. I think this was 2014, so when Season 2 was out.
I was talking to the buddy I send the clip to and after years of not watching, we began to talk about the show. I just finished my rewatch from Season 1-4 and oh my god. The show still holds up, the story still captivates me, and I dearly miss the characters. We need a return to Banshee or something, I feel like we need to know the fate of Proctor and what came of Hood and Job as they went off to New York.
Good idea
Man, we need more shows like this one! Every single character from the cast is an absolute gem - a troubled but absolutely loveable (shoutout to Anthony Starr - I love this guy so much, you can run Banshee on background with sound turned off, but when there's Tony's mug is in the shot, you're almost always guaranteed to read his emotions easily and clearly, except when he doesn't wanna show his hand just yet) thief with an absolutely fabulous, elegant, sassy gutter mouth uber-hacker with consciousness (god I love Job, I'd happily watch series about that character alone), ex-nazi in search of redemption for his past (I legit teared up along with Bunk when he confessed to the deputy), and even the show's main villain is represented as a morally grey character with his flaws, but also not without honor and humanity - damn, I could easily write at least a paragraph about each and every one of them, and I wish every actor the greatest future roles, they are all talented and dedicated; it blows my mind that this masterpiece is not nearly as famous as it should be. Every actor and actress pour their entire soul into every shot, and it shows, in the best possible sense.
Check out Warrior on HBO, done by the same people, similar vibes, even with a couple nods to Banshee in the show
Did you like the ending? Many people said they didn't. Can you say it without spoilers?
Season 3 is absolute peak best drama TV show season for me
Agree.
Lucas Hood is the floppin man! that episode where he took on the boxer was fantastic
MMA fighter lol
I agree
I agree! 100% this is a MUST WATCH!
This is one of the best series I have watched, so good i've watched it twice. Great characters with brilliant story lines.
I watched the show from episode 1 when it came out. Cinemax had a gem with it. Great story , in depth characters, stellar performance , but the whole puzzles and riddles being put in the opening just add the cherry on top
Just re-watched this after having followed it when it first aired, still probably my favourite show of all time, it's hard finding television with this much of an intricately crafted universe and this re-watchable. One of the rare shows that got everything right.
YESSSSSSS thank you for bringing attention to this!!! So damn underrated.
Don’t forget strike back though- it’s epic as far as action goes. All real. Beautiful locations. It’s amazing. I highly suggest it for any action or even military/spy lovers.
Having discovered banshee AFTER watching the boys first really makes you appreciate Anthony start as an actor. Cause there wasn’t a hint of homelander in Lucas hood
There wasn’t a hint. All I saw was Homeland whenever he got really mad or was having a mental breakdown.
@@christophercharles1937 There may be certain physical similarities in terms of mannerisms and facial expressions, but character-wise, Hood and Homelander are nothing alike
I think a big standout character in the show that you didn’t mention too, is Chayton. That guy had such great screen presence, partially due to his size and fantastic voice. Good review all the same. I love this show.
8:19 you don't need to tell me twice. I've never seen this show, but if Tom Pelphrey shows up... you KNOW he's got shit to do and scenes to steal. He's such an underrated actor that I often forget about him, but whenever he shows up in stuff I'm like OH IT'S THAT GUY!! and ends up being the best _characters_
I only watched Ozark for him after binging Banshee. The show has many other great performances like Darlene, Ruth and Marty, but I might not have discovered them because of Pelphrey.
he was the best part of iron fist, he's also in outer range.

You made my day! I have been wanting to watch this for a while, and you let me know it is on Max! Your videos are always awesome. Feels like I am hanging out and getting the low down on cool stuff from a friend. Keep up the awesomeness!
This means so much to me! Thank you! I do what I can! Check out some of my other videos as well!
I just binged on all 4 seasons. Really hated for it to end.
How did you like the ending of the show
@@cescocesco1105 It ended OK. Left room for a return. I definitely like Anthony Starr more in Banshee than playing Homelander on The Boys.
@@stevekynard6658 I always thought there would be more dead main characters in the end. I was like 90% sure that Hood would die at the end because he fulfilled his purpose. I also thought that job or sugar would die. Proctor is probably dead, but yeah.
I have to say that season 1 was by far the greatest to me. It gave me a feeling that I usually don't have when watching a TV show.
I have had a friend telling me for years to watch this. I finished watching the recent season of the boys and was googling the actors and saw Homelander was in the banshee show my buddy had been telling me to watch. I am so happy I finally saw this. I haven't enjoyed a show this much in so long. Everything is about super heroes now a days and man it was great to watch something that had nothing to do with superheroes. This is a must watch!
"Banshee" is one of my all time favorites. A couple of others that I thought were a little similar were "Justified" and "Longmire". They were both good as well.
Great choices. Justified gets a lot of shine, but I rarely hear people talk about Longmire. I’ve been trying to get people on the Longmire train for a while now.
Absolutely fantastic must see Starr should have got a Oscar could not stop watching. Watched it again
saw this video and decided to check Banshee out, zero regrets, thank you for letting me know about this fantastic show that went 100% under my radar!
TIL Banshee and Trueblood have the same screenwriter who is Alan Ball.
I watched Trueblood earlier this year then I started watching Banshee because I heard Antony Starr was in it.
No wonder why I hooked to the show so quick and there’s no doubt why there are so many explicit scenes.
Not to mention Job who has Lafayette’s attitude, super sarcastic and savage. Love both characters!
Banshee is one of the top ‘must watch’ show that I’d recommend. Really interesting storyline and Antony is a great actor.
He actor with his eyes: when he’s mad, nervous, scare. You’ll see it all through his eyes. It’s amazing.
Alan Ball wasn't the screenwriter of Banshee. He was one of the executive producers.
Outstanding and surprising show. You couldn’t imagine how far they’d (the writers) take it. Love it, every bit of it. Love the scene where he inspects his new uniform and badge in the mirror and laughs to himself.
Spot on with the review.
You did an incredible job w/ this! Banshee most highly underrated show ever - there’s nothing like it !
My bf watched it when 1st came out, he'd put it on in bed, and I'd just fall asleep. He'd watch 3 seasons then rewatched them so i could watch, too. I was hooked. It is possible one of the few shows that had me fuming at the end of each episode. I'd go to sleep frustrated having to wait for next episode 😂
Every time the episode would send I'd be like damn...gotta watch tomorrow :((
.
Title is accurate. I really haven't heard of this show before and you make a good case for it.
I'm glad I'm here to bring it on your radar, my friend. I don't think I can visualize you watching a television show though.
It's definitely one of the best shows that no one has ever heard of. A few of the cast members have gone on to pretty decent careers too
Recently binged this show and Justified... still awesome :) quality all around, acting, writing, action, directing, even the music of Banshee kicks ass. Action Tv series are hard to find. Making great action scenes for a tv show is a marvel, a rare treat indeed.
I'll check this out after I finish falcon and winter soldier. I watched Barry after watching your video and really enjoyed it! Also I checked out the town from your top 10 video.. Can't believe I missed that one.
Coincidentally, I watched the pilot last night and woke up to see you were going to review it later today. :). It was compelling.
Good timing, Josh. Make sure you leave me a donut next time you eat. Jk jk. 😂 Enjoy the show!
I LOVE THIS SHOW SO MUCH!!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO...
What I am here for. I hope you enjoyed it!
I was super late to the Banshee party! I absolutely loved this show! Proctor and Job were my two favorite characters. Each character had so many layers to them. One minute you loved them and the next minute you couldn't stand them. That goes for protagonists and antagonists. Great show!
I watched every episode of this when it first came out
Truly Great from start to finish, the premise, actors, acting, storylines, characters and finale were all top notch
Chayton Littlestone is one of the all time great juggernaut antagonists.
The show in general was a ton of fun with great action, Season 4 was a bit of an uneven sendoff though.
He was great. I’ve seen him in other stuff, but he is still that character to me.
Oh the episode about Siobhan made me cry
One of the best shows of all time in my opinion, watched it multiple times
Banshee is one of the most criminally and severely underrated series. I loved it. I LOVED IT. Wonderful acting. Damn interesting characters and twists and oh my god the violence. Only thing I wanted to get was to wrap up the story of Kurt , perhaps see him remove his tats and be fully accepted into society.
I agree. I loved Kurt. What a wonderful character.
I loved this show and was kinda sad when it ended. It was brutal and unforgiving. Stars roll in this got me into The Boys which I also loved. Crazy how different those two characters are while both being ruthless killers
Huh. You’re right I’ve never heard of this but now I wanna look it up. Good vid
Thank you so much. Enjoy!
Never heard this shows name before you mentioned it. Thanks for putting it on my radar.
I'm not sure if you'd like it, Mouse. I'm not big on brutality, but got over it quickly. It felt more like John Wick in terms of raw intensity. I can't do like Saw - torture porn. Regardless, I really fell in love, probably by the like third episode. I was hooked.
Banshee, Reacher and In-Between are excellent shows, action packed, ruthless when they need to be and above all very entertaining. I would love to see more of this Hood and Hunker dynamic on another cop series like the old 80's series that I grew up watching. Two guys that went down and decided to stop and be good...
Great show. Seen this so many times, I love it that much. Best action drama i've EVER seen on TV. Great storylines, great characters, great acting. Great fight scenes, so addictive to watch. Glad I saw Anthony Starr (Sheriff Hood) in this drama, before The Boys. After seeing him in this I don't know what he can do to top this role. Phenomenal.
Banshee was recommended to me by a friend. He knew that I have a soft spot for stories which are filled with corruption, nothing is either black or white but filled with shades of grey. I became intrigued and watched the Series from Episode 1 to Episode last! I enjoyed every bit of it!
It was entertaining, well acted, well directed and with plenty of very good and creative filming shot techniques.
People who say Homelander is Antony's greatest role never met Lucas Hood. Banshee & Daredevil will always and forever be my favorite shows of all time
After watching season 1 of the boys; I had to go check out banshee and boy was I hooked. Grateful for the people in the comments recommending the show.
I watched this show mostly because of Ulrich Thomsen, a brilliant Danis actor, who definitely shined in this show as well.
I'm still shocked this guy has not become a household name in Hollywood after this. I would have expected him being casted in gazillion of movies as a villain cause he's so good.
I’ll be honest. We used to just have this show on in the background. The. After like 3 episodes out of context, I thought, these cops be getting busy, why they so tough! Then I found out. Best show ever! Best sherif dept
Cant believe i never watched this show until this last week! Did all 4 seasons in 5 days. An absolutely stunning show! That sinking feeling at the end of the finale tells me how amazing it was
This show was my introduction to Anthony Star aka Homelander.
I have watched dozens of UA-cam reactions to The Boys, and I can not recall a single reactor saying, "Hey, that's the guy from Banshee!" This show is like a cross between Son's of Anarchy and Fast and Furious!
Nice review! Watching it now man.
I've just binged this - one of me favs ever!
This Series is absolutely amazing. So damn good. I've watched this series so many times. Soooooooo Good.
I watched this show in 2015 when it was on season 3, i remember the pain i had when i waited for season 4 and then all 8 episodes, when it ended in may 2016 i was kinda lost, i wanted to see more of Antony Starr because then i thought he's a very good actor but now after i watched The Boys, that actor it's one of the best working today
I actually just finished watching it last week, and was disappointed in the end. Sad Hood never truly got a happy ending that nothing truly went right for him. And sad it ended but I loved the fight scenes it made it seem so realistic how long they last where most fist fights end in seconds but some fights last minutes.
PS- JoB is best character
I used to watch it when it was new, but never finished it. Now I think I´m gonna go back to it!
Seeing a “confidence clip” of Bunker applying to be a deputy is what made me watch the pilot. I didn’t recognize “Homelander” until episode 3, lol. I was hooked after the first episode. Bonus non-spoiler detail; Bunker’s face tatt fades as he continues on the show and completes his arc. By the show’s end, it’s nearly invisible.
It’s so hard to pick a favorite character when everyone is so amazing.
Banshee is a Masterpiece
You know over the summer the whole series of banshee was on sale and I saw it was from the guy who made true blood and I love true blood so I bought the whole series binged it and it's amazing Antony Starr kills it in this its his best role ever.
I just watched your Justified video, and I was like I wonder if he has a Banshee video? Sure enough :D
Great minds think alike ;)
Antony Starr deserves more recognition and main characters at movies
Iv watched banshee 3/4 times and recommended it to people it's a series I could watch over and over
Great video, A good analysis. I would have loved it if you had discussed the menanicing character of Matthew Rauch as Clay Burton. He was a force to be reckoned with, but I didn't like how he was dealt in the end.
He murdered Rebecca and tried to make out the demonic serial killer did it. He had it coming. I did like his character. Scary dude.
I have to agree. Watched it on a whim, bought it on DVD (Complete Series), and watch it yearly. The character dimensions and layers are more complex as the series progresses. My 2nd favorite only to Strike Back.
One of the best show I've ever watched.
Bunker and hood are probably my favorite characters of all time. Badass to the CORE. I just finished watching Banshee a couple weeks ago. All four seasons and I gotta say, WOW. Best American show I've watched period.
Banshee is an excellent show!! Watched it before The Boys came along. The acting on Banshee was believable and the fight scenes were stellar.
I just started watching it a few days ago. I'm already halfway through season 3. I remember seeing it on and never watching it, but it's damn good.
Man same here i just start watching it about a week ago already on season 4
@@davidcomeau9255 It was pretty addictive. I was shocked how season 4 started,
Love that the boys is getting this show the recognition it deserves, Anthony Starr is great and I loved this show
started watching this when i got out of jail in 2013. still one of the best shows i've ever seen
Banshee wasn't as slow burn and laid back as Justified, but it was still a Modern Western. As much as I love bot shows, they equally fall into that unbelievable territory. Raylan would not be on active duty after firing his weapon that many times, and Hood shouldn't have survived the first episode. Still an awesome badass show. It's sad that most only know Antony Starr from The Boys.
I was going watch this show next month but now change my mind I am watching it now
Just finished binging the show two weeks ago, and this show is definitely one of the greatest action/drama series to hit the small screen. The show is damn near perfect, the only thing keeping the show from being a perfect 10/10 is the camera work and aesthetics. The show was shot on 24fps, and the action scenes can come off as too blurry sometimes, they should have shot at 48 or 60FPS. Also the handheld camera movements can be two shakey and juddering, they should have used a stead cam. Last thing, the town of Banshee isn’t exactly the most aesthetically pleasing location, I know it’s an intentional production decision, but the way each scene looks can be off putting. Don’t get me wrong, what the show lacks in style it more than makes up in substance. This show is on par with Breaking Bad and The Shield in terms of great acting, great dialogue, memorable characters, suspension and drama. Check it out if you have are in the mode for a gritty action drama.
Agreed, I rewatched a couple episodes on HBO, I totally forgot Anthony Starr was the lead, I saw this show years ago when it first aired on Cinemax via Mediacom. It’s a fun action show that’s more on par with Justified than the shield or Bb imo
@@kush6846 Justified? I do love Walton Goggins. I think I will binge that show next while working nights.
Absolutely one of my favorites. I live amongst the Amish which got me interested because they get a lot spot on. Just awesome
I watched the entire series when it was on. Couldn't wait for the next episode. Wish they could bring it back. Also, the soundtrack I bought also. It's also fantastic.
I started watching it when the show was on the first season still. I may be one of the few that watched The Boys because I saw Antony in Banshee. Amazing show, I'm glad it's getting more popular nowadays
Banshee is the best action show that ever came out on Cinemax but I bought all 4 seasons on dvd and I really like it.
My boyfriend just put me on this show, and I’ve never had a show make me cry so much, let alone an action-heavy one (as that doesn’t tend to be the kind of show i watch). This show is disgustingly good.
