Cooking this dish tonight. Put it in to marinade overnight yesterday. Regret to say though, because neck of lamb has been promoted by many top chefs as a great cut of meat (it is) the price has gone stupid. No longer a cheap/economical cut. Still a cracking dish, cut of meat though. Lamb? Lamb sadly….. all cuts are silly money nowadays. Was a time couldn’t give cuts like lamb shanks away, again, now…… silly money. Great videos.
