Right they're addicting in a weird way, their taking over everything I watch. Like even if they're on in the background there's just, something about em
I never thought out of all the legendary wrestlers I grew up watching that The Undertaker would have a podcast let alone a UA-cam channel What a time to be alive 🤟🏾
@@stevenrubio7755 exactly! He wouldn't even do interviews out of character so to think that almost 15 years later we would have a Taker podcast AND a One Deadman Show? We're blessed 🙏🏾
I was always curious, but not really urgent to see the Undertaker out of character. But seeing how cool Mark is, I'm grateful we are getting to know him
What I love about this podcast is that it reminds me so much of me and my jackass buddies having a beer in the garage and telling old war stories about the crazy places we've been and crazy things we've done. I'm so glad that Mark is finally able to just live his life and is able to share that with all of us. Thanks for supporting my fellow Vets at Nine Line, Gents. Gotta go get me one of the shirts from Taker's line.
I understand what they were saying about how they were losing half their audience when they were talking about hunting, but i'm not a hunter by any means and i enjoyed them talking about that just because of how genuine it was.
I grew up watching your entrances, your matches, and your persona. WWF/WWE is nothing without you. In India, at least from the place where I lived, getting WWF broadcasted used to be a blessing. I missed several of your matches and in fact, after 2004, I couldn't really watch much of WWE due to my studies and job. I really wish I could relive all the moments and watch all your matches - from your debut to your Hall of Fame. Thank you so much Undertaker, you are my superhero.
So I’m 26 years old. Been a fan my whole life. Mark your Undertaker character is one of the most influential characters in wrestling history. Thank you for 30+ years of blood sweat and tears to this business. But seriously Mr. Taker you have to answer this question… I need you to explain the theatrics behind you zapping lightning to the ring from top of the stage to Kurt Angle in Royal Rumble 2006. That shit was wild seeing it as a kid. For some years after that I really went to sleep every night thinking you had actual super natural powers it didn’t make any sense as a kid man.
Attended the Perth show and met Taker before show.. I'm not kidding when I say it was the best thing I have ever done.. Show inside freo prison yard set for the perfect atmosphere! Taker was worth every cent. Just wish it never ended.
was at the rochester war memorial as a child. had great seats in the front corner aisle entrance you were coming out, we knew it, so all the guys put me up on a chair and standing on the railing to get the best view. it was one of the first ever times you guys did the kane type pyro. the lights went out, the pyro went off, the crowd was blown away, I was literally blown away. I flew with how I jumped I really thought you were bringing hell with you with that heat from the flames, it was something ill never forget Another time, as you came to the ring, you reached out and sorta high fived me. Thanks for everything Sir. Will never forget it all
Now i really know im getting cause my childhood heroes like undertaker just enjoying life as he should he gave his life to entertain us in wwe 🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏❤️
This is the greatest channel on YT 😌 Can't get enough of watching the legend speak history, reflect and pass on wisdom. The stories are captivating and the delivery is just as comprehensively casual as it is poised, intellectual and wise, it's pretty cool to see the man live up to the legend, as far as composure and character goes. I especially enjoy the episodes where you can feel the Jack in the air 😆 Gives you a grasp on how this man had to grind with the locker room on the road, build relationships with mfs and tank it out after-hours. I'm 27, I don't necessarily agree with how the business has had the curtain lifted, so to speak, but I appreciate this side of it. I always wanted to hear more from this legend, personally, he's a role model of mine; that's simply for the stories of how professionally and respectfully he conducts himself, on top of the legendary career he's had. I don't think there will ever be another wrestler/superstar that can send chills down your spine, be it either face or heel at the time, in the same way as Taker 🤗
I really like the host, I've no idea who he is though. He seems to have a strong relationship with Mark and had him relaxed enough to laugh and tell stories.
The fact that Undertaker cuts him off and says Stone Cold Steve Austin was the best superstar ever says a lot. I'm sorry. I fucking love stone cold. But the undefeated run Taker had at wrestlemania outtakes Austin ..... In my opinion. Just a stand up dude.
Mark, we all know you have so many talents and gifts inside you. You are not a one trick pony! Looking forward to you finding your new passions in life!
Thank yall good show. In my former life as a funeral director,we worked a service in the country, a church named Blue Lake Baptist in January 2012.It sets at an intersection of gravel roads with rice fields surrounding it.anyway, when it was time to head to the cemetery, snow geese surrounded us eating scrap and it was painfully loud, like Crue 85 in memphis loud. Another day in the death business
After listening to the Australian wrestlers court segment, I'm wondering if Taker is talking about Melina cheating on John Morrison with Batista (and getting caught) He mentioned JBL was prosecution and he retired in 08' so it had to be before then. And Melina didn't get her push until after that so it likely wasn't anything in ring wise. He talked about there being crying and it was a serious court so I think that would be it more than likely.
Undertaker i love everything you have ever done in wrestling apart from one thing just get bret hitman hart on your podcast show I've seen the respect you have for each other it would be amazing
Absolutely love the podcast and the channel Taker!! So I posted a comment on the last podcast about how blessed I was to grow up watching Taker’s career, so happy you bringing up my home town (Nashville) FYI so I lived on the same side of town as you… You’ll be happy to know one random time you were at the park in Bellevue you absolutely scared the crap out of 6or 7 year old me and my buddies as you sat on a bench not smiling in all black LOL we were positive if we got too close you’d take us away to the dark side!! EDIT- I’m determined to keep posting till you respond sir please!! You are my Pops favorite all time and it would be so cool to show him you saw a message I sent
It is crazy how few people i know these days have been in a fight. Where im from you get laughed at if youre a dude that hasnt been in a scrap. I wasnt in half the fights my dad was in, and he wasnt in half the fights his dad was in. I think it’s because the consequences of fighting have been made so severe, they are worse than taking an ass whipping. My nephew got suspended for being in a fight and he didnt fight back, didnt even try, just laid there in a fetal position. Still got suspended! I told him it’s time to learn to fight kid, if youre going to be punished anyway you might as well learn to stand and fight back.
Same here! Now I'm constantly looking for other wrestlers who have channels. I wish YT would let us know someway when a new channel starts with someone who is very well known.
The 2020s in a whole is a great time to be a wrestling fan. WWE is at a new peak with the renaissance era ran by triple H. Our favorite childhood wrestlers who were bigger then life at some point are now just here a bunch of regular dudes making podcasts on UA-cam. If you told me even 5-6 years ago about undertaker having a full time weekly podcast just shooting the shit with a buddy of his i wouldn’t have believed it.
Cool hearing how the bus helped Undertaker and what he did to get healthy post match. Amazed he didn't do it soon enough. Also on Taker as a locker room leader, he should have helped Miz more when he was bullied by Benoit and I think JBL, he seemed to let it slide too much.
I never thought I'd see the day when we're calling Taker Mark and he's hosting a podcast talking about the good old days of wrestling as himself and not as Taker. In the 90s and 2000s calling Taker Mark would have been blasphemous in my friends circle.

Sometimes you can watch wrestling and just see something in some guys. Remember watching Mean Mark, Stunning Steve, Pillman, and even Jericho and I could just tell they were more than they were given at the time. On the flip side I never saw Rocky Miavia, Paul E.Dangerously, The Oz, or Vinny Vegas (my second favorite wrestler next to Taker. Rip Razor) being all time greats either. Realize some saw some differently than others. This is just what I saw and was quite young during some of those days. As for two newer guys I would say I saw it in Cody (especially the dashing Cody days) I didn't in Drew Both still got to the top in the long run. Those are just my personal observations growing up watching wrestling.
