12:27 Can the reason why NH4+ undergoing hydrolysis also be because Cl- cannot undergo hydrolysis (because it is a group 7 element) or should we just still with: "because NH4+ is the cation of a weak base"?

why is there are reversible sign in the ammonium water reaction?
Double arrows indicate the reaction is reversible, dependent on temp, pressure, concentration etc. Read up on Le Chatelier's Principle.

-Ammonium chloride
-Sodium acetate

what if we are to find that both the acid and base are strong
The salt of a strong acid and strong base does not undergo hydrolysis
Salt of strong acid and strong base like HCl+NAOH do not undergoes hydrolysis because it dissociated completely thus having a pH of 7(neutral)

No… Some produce H+
If only it's basic there will be a formation of hydroxide ion but if it's acidic will form H+
