Ok, wow! I have made huge carpets and throws with this yarn using a metal hook in size 6 and it feels like I built extra muscle in my right arm! (I’m right handed). I need to try the bigger hook sizes!! Thanks for the tip:)
Oh yes, the smaller hooks can be a HUGE pain with this stuff! I always recommend sizing up unless you just really need the super tight stitches! The lowest ill go even if Im making a bag would be 10mm-12mm!
So, it is probably the weight of the yarn, you can google Hoooked Zpagetti and there are other places selling it like Joanns, Amazon and LoveCrafts that the shipping might be cheaper but you just might not have all of the front options :)
