I mean zone kinda screws over vert
Ultimate is unique in the fact that zone requires a very specific kind of offense! There are typically no stacks, and instead lots of handlers to move the disc quickly between the gaps of the defenders. All stacks you see in ultimate are in man to man marking! Hope this helps.
