Been patiently waiting on this. 🔥 content per usual. I’m shocked every time I use this drill that it doesn’t have more attention on it. Hopefully this video gives metabo hpt some respect they deserve. Thee most underrated tool brand on the market without a doubt. I’ll be on the lookout for the top strongest drill vid you’ll be putting out!

Can you test the clutch settings on this drill? Wondering if this can be used for detail work. E or mech clutch?

This is the best hammer drill on the market imo sans the 1007 ….however if your stateside and only able to buy into one platform of cordless tools MHPT aren’t the one imo & I’ll tell ya why, if mhpt/ hikokis Corporate structure wasn’t so disjointed they’d do a lot better here….sure the nailers and compressors we get first but for example Metabo HPT Normerica div. doesn’t even know what new tools are being released under hiKoki, when or even if they’re coming to North America literally this hammer drill was released like over a year ago on Japanese market but the delay from release on the JDM then wait on a quarters sales numbers to evaluate if the demand is there and if its worth them rebranding them & shipping to the states etc well all that takes hikoki six months to a yr … & generally the case ends up being that the USA don’t get but a quarter of the tools released by hikoki and if you import them, you void the warranty and you’re paying an arm and a leg through eBay…for example Americans don’t even have access to the 12 or 14 V line which have a few interesting tools like the multivolt 14.4v/18v whp18dbdl their version of a hydraulic impulse driver (surge is a comparable red model) also mhpt don’t have a barrel grip jigsaw in the states yet but everywhere else it’s literally been released then discontinued and then re-released everywhere else in the world. So ya they have some amazing tools and I’m a huge fan but the logistics and red headed step child treatment the states gets doesn’t work if it’s your only platform. Sorry for the long winded rant😂

Also their limited battery selection kills them in some ways too

@@Jeff-rk8hq I love the lineup as well but I agree, we don’t have but a fraction of the tools/options available here in the US and that hurts them. I would like more battery options as well.

@@Kaleb_RoSsmore battery options? Like 12v? Why would you need such thing? Multivolt is the epitome of “battery options.”

@@justCarner they don’t have all that different variety of ah. When using the 36v tools like my favorite impact driver, it only has a 2.5 and a 4.0

İn lag bolt test when drill stops, take 2nd trigger pull. You will not believe what you see:) btw ı think its the true method in lag test you should force tool to its limit. Dv36dc will show you about 64ftlbs. Not every drill can handle second trigger pull but metabo can. That thing is ridiculous

If I catch one of you saying it wasn't zoomed in enough so he's hiding that everything was pre-drilled I will burn this comment section to the ground!
