    It's more of an Art Gallery than a Restaurant.. 🙄😀
    Hats off to their creativity though..! In such restaurants, a lot of patience is needed from both the sides, only then it works well.
    Khichdi was the pinnacle indeed.. 👌👌

    This was a revelation.
    I have always been a bit suspicious of attempts to frenchify modernize Indian food - I have always been & will remain a " chole bhature, rajma chawal, dal makhni lac ha parantha" person but I can respect the ingenuity & thought that has gone into this menu.
    A very interesting episode, thanks Kunal.

    Unique and fancy. Scallop Wellington and khandvi icecream was the star of the menu. Khichdi is indeed just not a one pot meal but a united meal. Treat to watch.

    Beautiful ambience. Cutlery seem to be at next level.

    Lovely video. Not too expensive too for a Michelin star restaurant. Around £65+tax pp (Rs 6500+tax pp). Will definitely visit some day ❤

    Very rarely have seen Kunal so calm, but I guess the food on the table really made one think. It was like dismantling a dish and then experiencing it eating it. Even though the quantity looked less Iam sure the experience itself is fulfilling. Also agree with the chef, in India there is so much of detailing and love while making food so so many wonderful techniques passed down through ages and keeping the taste intact and the awesomeness alive. 👍🏻😊

    4:33 it mentioned as Kohlrabi Taco and at 5:38 you said Parsnip. Kohlrabi and Parsnip are two separate things. I love to eat blue cheese ❤❤❤❤. It's look more like ravioli. Wow desert look amazing. How beautiful my country looks when united.

    Been there and when the food started to come in I was thinking, we will need to go somewhere to eat so that we do not go hungry. But in the end of the 9th course we were full and they asked if we wanted to repeat something. If you want to surprise your wife or gf go to this place...

    Kunalji the video was really good but on a personal note, dont you think we shouldnt obsess about Michelin title?...Why would any food from any culture would need another country to tell them that their food is good or not?

      So people of different cultures can appreciate it. I don't know why we think foreigners should only know about butter chicken and garlic naan. This is a way to introduce people to more traditional foods who maybe are not that adventurous and want to stick to classic french/ italian methods.

      Just think for a second, does American food gets 'approved' by any Indian title or any chain of restaurants?.... French food is one of the worst in the world with almost no taste, bad presentation and tiny portions (compared to varied tastes of indian cuisine), yet they call their food a work of art.. so do they need anyone's approval for that??... isnt this hypocrisy?

    In India, anyone who prefers to eat at such restaurants does so only because it has been inspired upon them by the Caucasians that miniscule portions disproportionate to the expenses is a pseudo status thing. Rather, wannabe.
    The Indian palate, and belly isn't suited for such dining! We need bulky and burpy foodstuffs
