Zachary Clayton I usually take at least close to 2 hours to beat this game because I like to farm coins in the Haunted House level to get all of the hearts to increase your health.
I swear lol just picked a copy of this up for my channel. Never beat it so I’m researching if I should do a series or one video! Looks like it’s a one video with the cutscenes lol.
Same, my brother and I played this game for hours on end when we were kids. Seeing these graphics and listening along to the music again has been a nostalgic adventure.
Even if it doesn't do much to differentiate itself from Magical Quest, this is still a fantastic Capcom Disney title. And really, who doesn't love Mickey Mouse?
Do you plan on doing the Genesis version of this Game in the mere future? It was much better than the SNES version & I did play it on the Genesis version back in the day!
Wow this unlocked such happy memories, I didn't even remember ever playing this game until i heard the opening music and all the memories came back :') so happy i clicked on this video!
When I bought my first Snes in 1994, this game came along with the video game system. I was able to finish it on the first day I played it. Good to remember it.
I always had vague memories of playing this game as a young kid...Micky mouse with a vacuum cleaner always stuck with me lol had no idea it what made by Capcom, no wonder it’s a good game!
I thought I had bought the Japanese version of this years ago, turned out it was the US version that got swapped into the shell of an SFC game. Still a legit copy, but I do wonder why someone went through the trouble of putting the US PCB into a Japanese SFC cartridge.
This was the first game I've ever beaten. Me and my older sister played this on Sega Genesis. There are a couple differences. Like the music's different, the icons are different and the coin are different. And there isn't a Mickey Mouse logo, or costume logos as well as the sweeper and cowboy popgun energy bar wasn't on the bottom. Sega Genesis version was better. Clearer music and sounds, as well as all info at top of screen. Also you're not finding so secret areas for easy hearts and money. You also didn't move he rock squares in the jungle level to get the one Mickey box. There was also an entire area that was not put in the haunted house level where the entire house is shaking. But they did put in a rotation thing in this version of The haunted House level. The villains, both sub-boss and boss have graphic issues in this version that make the invisible for a couple seconds. The air bubbles in the ice caverns were different between nintendo and Sega versions. So was the cloud boss in design. Finally the transition between Baron Pete and Dragon Pete had a better dragon reveal. Cuz the screen goes dark on the Sega version, so instead of a magic appear for Nintendo's it's just ba-bam! Instance.
That's because the effect on the SNES version Capcom could not replicate on Genesis hardware. That dark before revealing Dragon Pete was kind of lame, the way he'd just melt in on the SNES version was awesome. Sorry, the Genesis version is pretty damned cool and fun, but the SNES version just has those nice graphical touches that put it over the top. Both versions however, are very, very easy to beat.
@@Bloodreign1 You do make a good point on that but I guess with me I'm a little bias because I grew up on the Sega Genesis. But I can see your points for SNES.
honestly though the soundtrack, the gameplay, the multiplayer option…. absolutely top tier for its time. also feeling as emo for the lil candles post flame as i did as a kid P.S. 45 mins 💀
While not the greatest in the trilogy, *_The Great Circus Mystery_* is still another classic _Capcom_ goodie. I remembered playing the SNES version of this game. We weren't comfortable with playing with _Minnie_ , so we just took turns with _Mickey_ everything time we died or beat a level. Good Times. POSITIVES • *Good Graphics* • *Good Music* • *Co-op* • *Easy, But Not Boring* NEGATIVES • *Bosses* (No strategy here! Unless, you count the "waiting for an attack from the boss" formula against this) Final Rating: 7.7/10 Another quality _Capcom_ game!
I played this once when I was a kid but I don't remember what it was like. Meaning I don't remember if I was any good at it or not. I didn't own it back then, but a friend of my brother did.
did this game come out before i was even conceptualized as a human? yes. am i still judging myself for how shit i was at this game 10 years from its release date as an 8 year old? absolutely
Complete, my foot. In that last area of the castle before you fight Baron Pete, under above the spikes where there are some moving blocks there's a secret store where everything is 10 coins. Suit upgrades and extra Hearts included
I loved this game so much as a kid. Brings back a ton of memories. Especially the music and sound effects.
Me too
you're telling me this game only took 45 minutes to beat? Okay....I must have totally sucked at it as a child, no pun intended.
Zachary Clayton I usually take at least close to 2 hours to beat this game because I like to farm coins in the Haunted House level to get all of the hearts to increase your health.
Zachary Clayton same it took me days to beat it when I was little. Good times tho :)
Try never beating it 😆
I swear lol just picked a copy of this up for my channel. Never beat it so I’m researching if I should do a series or one video! Looks like it’s a one video with the cutscenes lol.
I coulda swore this game was a pain back in the day
I still remember co-op'ing this with my dad when I was a kid. :)
that's a cool dad
Same ;_;
I remember I played that game with either my brothers or my cousin. Ah, good times.
Same, my brother and I played this game for hours on end when we were kids. Seeing these graphics and listening along to the music again has been a nostalgic adventure.
I did the same thing! 😊 And with my sister ^^
Ah, the memories with this game. I remember replaying it over and over, finding more secrets in each run. Classic old school fun.
My son and I just beat this game finally. I could see he had fun
I never beat this game lol. Too hard for me
Not gonna lie. The mansion level scared me when I was little.
Really!?🤨
Same here
Me 2 lol

It's just the music & I think Sound effects in the Genesis version!
xwf1000v3 Oh ok. I'll check it out!
NintendoComplete Mickey mouse Is one of my favorite Disney characters
Music and assets really reminds me of Aladdin SNES.

15:56 oh man, that scared me when I was like 7 years old. I had nightmares about people coming out of portraits.

Me and my sister beat this game too many times coming up ❤️ it was the right amount of difficult and fun at the same time
Same here, I played this with my little sister. We used to fight over who got coins and stuff, but mostly got along well.
Such a great game, and still looks beautiful. Played this through at least twice back in the day on my old SNES.
My older brother had this game and I remember playing along with him sometimes. He played Mickey and I played Minnie.
Yeah older brother always pick the male character and we have to play as female character xD
This is a fantastic game. Capcom really made excellent Disney games.
God the nostalgia! The sound design and music is so Capcom it hurts!
Este juego es una obra de arte, recuerdo jugarlo con mis hermanas de niño.
I'm only fourtheen and I remember playing these types of games..I'm glad I got into these more than those other types of games like fr
When you scare in mansion stage, Clarabelle store is a save haven for scaredy-cats like me back then
This brings back so many memories 🥲🥲🥲
I think this was one of my first videos game in the mid 90s!
I rented great circus mystery snes at blockbuster when I was a kid.
10:19 sheesh! Too much swinging around in this battle
bro i need this back i miss it
16:46 This reminds me of the rotating room in Super Castlevania IV
Way Way better than Mickey Mousecapade
Mickey Mousecapade wasn't _that_ bad, just boring & unreasonably hard at times.
I always had vague memories of playing this game as a young kid...Micky mouse with a vacuum cleaner always stuck with me lol had no idea it what made by Capcom, no wonder it’s a good game!
Is there any remake of this game on switch? Would love to play again

Yo tuve una linda infancia con ese juego 😭
There’s a secret in the baron’s castle.
One Of The Best Games With Mickey & Mine On N.E.S.
Yes that is it true, and rare was this game or, and my favorite with magical quest
Well, SNES anyway, though the third game with Mickey and Donald Duck is even better.
Minnie shows up at the end like she pressed start or something

MY CHILDHOOD
I miss this game
Used to play this! Fun times!
Whatever happened to Capcom's hand in Disney games?
+knuclear2010 I think eventually their rights to use the licenses ran out and was for whatever reason not renewed.
My cousin and i always played this game! Our console was messed up and we always had to replay the game in one session or else the. game wouldnt save.
What's with all the glitching bosses disappearing
Are you watching it at 60fps?
Dear god. My little brother and I played the SHIT outta this game when we were kids! I'd always let him be Mickey, and I never minded being Minnie

What is it with capcom and this type of scrolling? Very Mega Man...
Wow my child hood

ميكي موسى و ميني مريم و جوفي جاسم ودونالد داود

I just realised the genie did the same to jafar what Mickie did to the ball
El mejor juego que jugué con mi hermano ಥ‿ಥ
Weyyyy yo jugaba esto de pequeña
So much for no hit on stage one. 😄 JK.
