I went and focused on health and combat speed as an f2p. I get my health from insect and mutation as much as possible. And cs comes from insect star, cell enhancement and evo. Since shooters already have good dps, they need survivability. I get good results against spenders and higher stats (dps and cs) players even if i dont have much normal and skill damage.
@@theskyalliance 6:22 I'm not sure if that talent distribution would make at least a tiny scratch on defense enemies, for me health is the most important stuff for shooters then attack in that order and you complete ignoring those attributes 🤔🤔🤔
Hey buddy, thanks for your comment! If that seems to be working for you, go for it! You probably understand your unit and build better than I do. That being said, I have observed that Combat Speed is the most important PvP stat, better than health, better than attack. If you have a higher combat speed, you don't get attacked before you can attack the enemy, so the amount of attack you got extra, may not make up for the lost ants if you attacked second. I do agree that health is pretty important for PvP, but Skill Damage and Skill Attack are extremely valuable too. Remember that if you have a highly skill damage focused squad, like the jungle meta, skill attack and skill damage in particular can make waves of a difference in PvP and especially PvE. Again, in the end it all comes down to your own unit, your build and the enemies you generally face. So there isn't one solid talent that will work for all. These are my observations based on the opponents we generally face. Hope this helps!!
I think crown and Godzilla are the same: Talent Tree Recommendations: Godzilla - The Ants: Underground Kingdom [EN] ua-cam.com/video/48u6mI2QViI/v-deo.html
Does it actually benefits your troops greatly if your Insect is working only to a shooter ants... because I actually use Atlas beetle to all of my trrops... so that no ants will be left out😅... also a F2P HERE!❤
Hello Mark! The biggest advantage of having a shooter specific ant if you are shooter main is the extra 20 combat speed. You don't get that in the universal insect. Now, if you want to get higher overall Pangolin damage, having the Atlas main may be better, but if you are fighting another shooter in PvP, that 20 combat speed could make a MAJOR difference!
Hello! So there’s a bunch of things including differences in stats, as well as the special ability “splash effect” that Devil Flower comes with. Luckily, we have a video on just this! ua-cam.com/video/kNnLHNwBr54/v-deo.html Jump to 6:37 if you only want the comparison between Devil Flower and Mantis
Ohhh I see. I didn’t go for that one at level 39 as the effect of skill attack and skill damage would be higher than the bump in attack. However if you have talents to spare, and a high star insect, you could go for it! Just remember, combat speed, skill attack, skill damage and perhaps health would be a priority over attack in my opinion.

Interesting, great to see another variation that worked well. Thank you for sharing!

@@theskyalliance do you think it's better that way, or to go like you on the left side?
I personally prefer the way I do it, but it’s something you can test for your unit and see if it’s worth it
