Unlike 99% of these videos, most of these were very clever, and a few I'll actually use to run cables tomorrow. One improvement, though, is for the applications you're using a half-dozen or more: You can use velcro wrap/strips to do the same thing and not waste anything. For the side-by-side cables, you can wrap all four with ONE velcro strip, and then thread ONE zip tie around all of them in an extended figure-eight pattern. This way you're only actually using one tie for each, and if you leave some extra, you can always "unzip" it later. Thank you for the vids, especially the rugged cable label ideas. Clever!
One of the NCOs I worked for would make us cut them all and do them again if we did that. Because it sucks to reach in a rack or crawlspace and get sliced open.

I have an equipment test bench at work and am changing zip ties out for velcro strips for just that reason. Looks like you lost out in a cat fight when that happens and is a terrible look with a polo in the middle of summer.

If you want to lace cable then waxed string is cheaper, less plastic waste and much, much faster. I laced miles of cables in a nuclear control panel as an apprentice. It didn't take long and would have been quicker if we weren't larking around when nobody was there to watch us. The label idea is a cool way to use the trimmed ends, but writing directly onto the cable or a strip of pvc tape with a biro or white marker has always worked for me. Otherwise, a bag of alphanumeric tracer sleeves are cheap and just slide on.
Time and Materials is Money. Nice to put a Razor Sharp end on the Wire Ties. They make a cheap tool, to cinch the tie, a half twist, with the tool and cut the cable will lock it in place. Also that label maker has a special flexible label for wire and tube. Here’s a tip, if you are wiring a control panel that has studs or bolts holding the panel platform, use the yellow insulated ring terminals on the studs, run your cable tie, through the crimp part to secure your cables. Also I carried paint markers in pretty much every color. I would color code the terminal blocks, to the color of wire attached at that terminal.
Like these ideas, and the labeling approach is neat and novel, BUTTT, if you're going to go that route, I'd just invest in a label maker with different tape widths. That way you can use different widths, adhere it to the cable tie, and better secure it with the clear heat shrink tubing. I think that would be better cost effective and time effective while also minimizing waste.
