It would be run by the government using the already up and running framework. It would save money by simplifying paper work in doctors offices. The doctors would probably keep some or all of the money they'll save on office expenses. A pay raise. No bullets necessary. Where as group health insurance plans spread the costs of treatments over a group of people so everyone would pays an equal amount, the collected money used by each member if and when they need it, if all Americans are in one group the cost would be spread equally, but with more people the amount paid would be less than if they're in a smaller group. Thus each person would pay less per month than if they had single or group plans. More money in our pockets. Another savings would be from people being treated promptly for health problems. For instance, if diabetes is untreated it can cause blindness. If the patient becomes blind we have another disabled person dependant on medicaid, etc. until they can be trained to work and take care of themselves while blind. BUT if their diabetics is treated with insulin, and what ever else they need, we have a healthy American who work their 8 hour day, five days a week, and pay taxes every year, this means our government has more money. Another money saving aspect , linked to the last, is that you will have fewer people needing emergency services as they will be seeing a doctor regularly. Lay off the dystopian vids and books. Maybe move to Canada for a year or so. You've got some strange ideas, bro.

If all you have against this idea is, "I don't want doctors to be forced to give people care," why don't tell your primary care physician that and ask them what they think of that? It's high time you actually researched the subject and understood what it meant. Watching PragerU videos or whatever on the subject is not research.

M4A would be like a giant health insurance plan covering all American citizens. It would be run by the government using the already up and running framework. It would save money by simplifying paper work in doctors offices. The doctors would probably keep some or all of the money they'll save on office expenses. A pay raise. No bullets necessary.
Where as group health insurance plans spread the costs of treatments over a group of people so everyone would pays an equal amount, the collected money used by each member if and when they need it, if all Americans are in one group the cost would be spread equally, but with more people the amount paid would be less than if they're in a smaller group. Thus each person would pay less per month than if they had single or group plans. More money in our pockets.
Another savings would be from people being treated promptly for health problems. For instance, if diabetes is untreated it can cause blindness. If the patient becomes blind we have another disabled person dependant on medicaid, etc. until they can be trained to work and take care of themselves while blind. BUT if their diabetics is treated with insulin, and what ever else they need, we have a healthy American who work their 8 hour day, five days a week, and pay taxes every year, this means our government has more money.
Another money saving aspect , linked to the last, is that you will have fewer people needing emergency services as they will be seeing a doctor regularly.
Lay off the dystopian vids and books. Maybe move to Canada for a year or so.

"In your system" healthcare would be cheaper? Citation needed. Eliminating administration costs alone would save 35% of what we already pay for our insurance, and everyone would be covered, so we could insure more people for less than we're paying now. Have you ever asked a doctor how much time and effort they spend on paperwork for insurance companies? Think of the hours and money they could save from those costs? And when every doctor is "in your network" you don't have to choose a plan for your doctor, you could see whoever you wanted.
Now let's talk about how much money businesses would be saving from having your insurance tied to your job. They could give you half of what they are paying for that in the form of a raise and you'd still be better off. Simple as that.
In terms of outcomes, the only outcomes we are better at than other countries is cancer outcomes. We have higher mortality rates in almost every other category from childbirth to preventative care. Hundreds of thousands a year die because of lack of medical care, and more go bankrupt from medical bills, which also adds to the stress of the system, when hospitals cannot turn people away even if they can't pay (which they don't pay), making everything cost more. If all you have against this idea is, "I don't want doctors to be forced to give people care," why don't tell your primary care physician that and ask them what they think of that?
It's high time you actually researched the subject and understood what it meant. Watching PragerU videos or whatever on the subject is not research.
