I have the original Forearm Forklifts (bought at home depot) that I use for isometric exercises and love them. It is horrible that people are ripping them off with counterfeits.

The video just needed to tell me how I could tell if I'm ordering a fake one from Amazon or how to order a legit one of the recommendations please add that to the video

Is it not illegal for a retailer such as Amazon or Walmart to sell "knock offs"? Do they not harass street vendors with "cease and desist" orders to stop selling counterfeit ("knock off") products? Why are the policing agencies not defending this man's IP rights?

The thing that sucks the most about this is I know Mark the owner of forearm forklift. I used to work next door to him and he is a really great guy. He gives a lot of people jobs and opportunities to better themselves. Jobs that he had to get rid of because he could no longer afford to give Americans an opportunity because of these knock offs. Amazon needs to do something about this asap!

Hi James. Man, I haven't seen you in several yrs. It's been too long brother. I hope you're doing really, really well! Thx for the kind words!!! FYI, Amzn still isn't buying our orange, patented moving straps for resale, yet they still facilitate the sale of counterfeits and deliver their shoppers fake Forearm Forklift. It's still REALLY, REALLY hurting our business. :0(

This is a GREAT product that works as advertised. Amazon needs to clean up its act and help protect entrepreneurs like Mark who helped build their marketplace with quality products and stop making Amazon a bazaar for unscrupulous thieves. If they can afford to give employees $10,000 to start their own delivery business, they can certainly take more measures to remedy this blight.

For items that I think might be counterfeit I purchase them directly from Amazon, because I trust them more to provide the real thing.

Nearly anyone from any country can sell on Amazon. Chinese suppliers are constantly stealing American patents and selling counterfeit items. You have to look at the seller or store owner.

I don’t trust amazon ever since I ordered a very expensive pack of ink for my printer. I believed the same as you that buying directly from Amazon would be safe however I was disappointed to find out that they sell fake ink too. My printer would not accept the ink I bought from Amazon it detected it as fraud even though the packaging and everything seemed legit. Ever since then I no longer trust what I buy from Amazon as this video shows they have low quality standards that can’t be trusted.

I bought these on Ebay shipped from China because they cost a fraction of what they were costing on Amazon. I never used them for their intended purpose for years but now I use them every other day for exercising with a door pull up bar. You can hang them from a door pull up bar and put a gymnastics ring on them for doing all kinds of exercises. That's not what they were invented for but they work great.

It's not just a strap. Regardless, it's still stealing when someone illegally makes, offers and / or sells a product that's patented, especially when the infringement is reported to Amazon formally. Besides that, as a consumer you deserve to get exactly what you thought you were buying with your hard-earned money, name brand and all.

If it's so simple why was it not invented before?
Said differently, since all inventions stem from others and are thus "obvious" and thus not "truly" worthy of a patent, WHAT is the incentive to be inventive if there is no reward?
Said differently, why does the US have more patents than all of Europe combined?

Fine, don't buy them on Amazon...get a used set on eBay for $11, lol! Dude, stop your crying, you invented something that over 95% of your buyers will use once! Which means they will be looking for the cheapest buying option. Heck, Shoulder Dolly came out around the same time as well and works better!

Gonna be honest I hate the Chinese copies but sometimes you get almost the same product for a fraction of cost. As a consumer you will want to pay less for something. Also the crying was sooo over the top. No business man does that on TV... what the hell.
