Hey man, can you make a guide on how to move fast like you? I can move around but It feels so slow compared to you. I don't undersntad how you can jump in the middle of slide and don't loose momentum
you need to be going a certain speed in the slide, usually down stairs
but if not using stairs, it has to be with a dash/jump to slide, jump and then continue sliding
@@chousan1024 To elaborate a bit on this, if you dash-jump-slide then use jump again early into your slide you will keep more momentum. Your slide loses momentum over time, but if you jump while it still has a good amount of momentum you will maintain your momentum during the second jump and be able to go into another slide (bunny hop). So, dash-jump-slide-jump(before losing momentum)-slide. There's a sweet spot with it that you will feel over time.
also important to note you can slide without a dash or a slope, you just need to be going fast enough, usually useful if you're sprinting from being out of combat
Hi, Mi. Have you considered Melee Charge (weapon 1250) as a substitute reload option for Haze? With it you dont need to upgrade dagger to lvl2 (frankly, sometimes you dont want to leave a dagger for a reload), you can stack your mag up to x2 and it gives good stats for its' cost (especially, given the frequency of you using a charged melee attack). Would be interesting to hear your thoughts on this.
It takes a slot of gun slots. Those are already pretty competitive as is

@@EsinaViwn9 do you mean the kinetic dash? I think part of the reason he takes it is the added mobility it gives, it saves him from sticky situations and enables roaming really well, besides provides good stats. I don't think purely for reload taking melee charge would be a better choice, but it certainly would be an interesting to hear MikaelS' opinion
@k0valik yea, I mean it. I also use dash jump sometimes, but I prefer dash slide more (especially with must have 3k weapon swift striker slide increase). Usually, increased stamina (must have) is enough for me (especially with the upgrade later on), and there is a benefit that it is a green slot

how do you get static crosshair?
Just went up against a Haze running this. Simply disgusting. 15k souls down and can still burst down the team in 3 seconds with ult. Thank the lord metal skin exists.
After the nerf haze is even more item demanding..
Or skill demanding if you track well position well and hit good sleeps early game on this character you’re popping off.
Where the disarm came from?
Must be nice to have team mates who don't force fights and do retarded fights while you farm....really wish i could do that as Haze in lower levels...but nooooooo. People wanna fight fight fight and especially if it's disadvantageous...ESPECIALLY THEN THEY WANNA FIGHT

It seems like they gave denies a bigger window before you can deny souls from your enemies. Or maybe its just a latency thing but i rarely get denied and ive noticed when I shoot their spheres first they still get the confirm.

I often farm at haze with monster rounds, but most good players don't buy it

probably depends on how your lane is going. she's pretty weak early game, especially depending on matchup. good players are also great at last hitting/meleeing their souls so if you aren't as confident in your ability to do so, probably not a bad idea to grab it imo.
Haze usullly doesnt have enough orange slots to fit that in so you would have to sell it sooner than you would like

You have 1 extra weapon slot. I usually buy headshot booster and rapid with the next 2 being swift and kinetic dash.

I really dont get how lucky shot is a good item for 6200 you get a 90% bonus base damage with 30% chance and some slowing. So basically it is just 30% damage boost with slowing. For the same price you can get a Vampiric Burst or glass cannon. Math says this item sucks if i get every thing right.
U.P.D I decided to check my theory and test with t3 fixation, titanic mag, swift striker and burst fire (starting on zero fixation) i tested lucky shot, glas cannon (0 buffs for kills), and vampiric burst. in 10 seconds including reloads I delt around 9000+ with lucky shots. close to 10000 with glass canon and almoust 11k with vamp burst. And yeah you lose hp with glass canon and dont have slow but glass canon can get 70% more damage with kills and gives ms. vamp burst just gives vampirism and also give ms. Lucky shot is slot filler when every other good option is taken
Procs fixation
yeah it's a proc item, not a good damage item
its a 35% dps increase since it works with all your damage, idk about you but 35% dps increase is pretty damn good since it adds all your other bonuses like spirit damage and weapon damage, its the biggest jump outside of like glass cannon
From what I heard, it's not just bonus base damage, it's bonus total damage. So on top of all your other damage multipliers (like from just having orange items), you get a 90% boost on top of that whenever it procs.
You can do DPS checks if you want. Lucky shot is the highest DPS gun item in the game if you have high ammo/high fire rate. A fully stacked Glass Cannon does slightly less DPS (on Haze) but it also doesn't proc any slows and you have to sacrifice health for it.

Lucky shot doesn't proc on your Ult so its a really bad choice if you want to max your ult damage. It is very good for single target dps though as he is doing in this game mostly...

This is basically my core build as well - once I come online pending how well the lane phase went and how the rest of my team is doing... it feels unfair in teamfights with a nice sneaky jump in ult in the middle of all of them after they've been fighting a little bit and used cooldowns. Literally 4/5/6man wipe clumped teams. Haze has been my main and honestly I feel like this "nerf" was a buff with the addition of lucky shot proccing on ult. Just melts people and the lifesteal late game is absurd. I swap out bullet lifesteal for leech and get CDR on the ult so it's not a loss if the ult doesn't connect right late game.
His aim is much better than mine and he uses movement better though. You can tell he's in higher mmr with how everyone plays.

I don’t get the appeal of lucky shot. The damage is not very good compared to other 6000 items like glass cannon and the slow doesn’t seem worth it for how much damage you lose
Lucky Shot's procs gives Haze's passive(3), what makes it op exclusively for her.
Nice content man, I started playing the game last week and really liked Paradox and played some games against bots to get somewhat decent with her kit, but I can't deal as much damage with her as with characters like Vindicta even when I manage to land her full combo of fully charged carbine, swap them into my wall and follow up with the grenade, any tips on how can I improve my damage numbers on her?
she doesn't do that much damage, you pick her for setup
@@Ducktamer Pros do decent damage on her, but they have god aim. And yes, of course she is mostly a team enabler by character design.

Search "AC Haze", try to play with it. It is less skill requiring and satisfying to play
