Hi Desiree I did this workout as a warm up before doing Ur 55 minute workout....it's a heat up workout n I realised despite of doing cardio workout....my legs don't have strength to do this workout.....I am sweating...tk u again for Ur hardwork u r 👼

Desirée! This video is one of my favourites, and lately I've doing it almost daily! I do have a question though: when doing the flat back leg lift series (6th minute or so), I do feel quite a lot of tension in my lower back and it tends to become almost too intense towards the end of the series. As soon as I stretch, it goes away and I don't have any sort of pain of discomfort later on or the next day. So, I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if it's just my lower back muscles working harder than they're used to and complaining 😅
Okay, usually when you experience back discomfort, it's a good indication that you are not engaging in your core enough. So during the flat back leg lift series, think of really pulling your belly button in and up. If you let your stomach sag down towards the floor and let your back arch, you will feel discomfort. So keep the core activated and pull your navel to your spine. This may prevent your leg from going as high as it was before, but that's okay! Let me know if this helps! xoxo
D Solis It’s best to jump on a sprung floor that has some give/bounce to it but if you’re jumping on a really hard floor, make sure you are landing in a really soft & deep plié which your knees and hips will thank you for! 😉😉😉
