Half metre rule is 50cm, we are given 20cm , for it to be balanced it must be 25 to 25 since we have 20 to reach 25 we need 5cm

After converting 90g mass to kg=0.09kg, he then converted it from kg to newton whereas 1kg=10N. And so he then multiplied 10×0.09= 0.9N🎉
