How to make a perfectly delicious basic Financier

Ingredients - 12 pieces (33~34g of dough per piece)
3 egg whites (100g)
1/2 cup sugar +1 table spoon -114g
1/8 teaspoon salt - 0.5 g
1 tablespoon of starch syrup - 21 g
6 tablespoons almond flour - 43 g
1/6 cup - 21 g flour for bread
1/6 cup -21 g flour for cakes
Hazelnut Butter 86g (104~108g Unsalted Butter)
(Unox Oven) Bake at 190 degrees Celsius (374 degrees Fahrenheit) for 11 minutes (200 degrees preheat)
* Boiling unsalted butter to brown is called hazelnut (brown) butter.
Usually 20-25% is lost during the boiling process, so prepare 20-25% more of the required amount.
