Class B & class AB power amplifier (LT Spice Simulation)

I tried the same diode circuit but the Vout is getting clipped at -9V...

Bandwidth: 100 kHz- 2 MHz
RF amplitude: 200 Vpp
for input voltage of 20V we want output voltage to be around 5 times. which class amplifier do i need?
