Love you Andy! Wish I could afford to work with you! I think it's time to get these "athletes" and experts to release their egos and test themselves and anyone they care about in the crossfit open. Only 3 workouts in 3 weeks and see where we all are now on our fitness journey. Basic workouts that the whole world can do and see where they stand amongst their age group and or their athletic peers. Let's do this! Let's get people to their best life. Really confused why no one is talking or just encouraging this. No brainer, right? Momentous is in.... Let's go bro!

Nice, your actual content is top tier, the only thing about the youtube channel is the production value. The huberman podcast form factor intended for mainly listening not watching made a lot of sense I always felt like an editor for the UA-cam channel would always sky rocket your channel. Hopefully more is to come on the channel! We're all looking forward to the new project!
As a layman with a keen interest in human performance and nutrition, I actively search the digital space for valuable information. I must say, I have never encountered a source that provides such extensive knowledge and expertise as I do when I watch you on a podcast. It's almost unbelievable that this wealth of information is available for free so I welcome the next phase
Hi all, as it is best to hit set ranges of 15-20 set per week for optimal hypertrophy. Is it best practise to spread those 15-20 sets per week across multiple days or can you have them all on one? Making a new programme and can’t remember where they talked about that
Just checked out the Fireside chat. I have learned the very things you're talking about there just through experience. Hopefully you have things focusing on strength and movement as well, and not just hypertrophy. Don't get me wrong, hypertrophy looks cool, but I will take "functional strength" over hypertrophy any day.
I trust Andy Galpin for a long, long time, and watched I think every hour-long video. Unfortunately, the copy-paste grandier of this trailer is so strong that I barely made it to the end. Pretty weak job at communicating what it actually is and still too much said. Already selling a thing that I really don't understand by the vague formulas like "the best resource". A ton of unrelated music/sfx and "production". Like, these things matter for an ad.
Fully agree. Sounds/Seems like a huckster's sales pitch more than anything... Catchy & buzzword-y name/title; vague sounding terms; little to no mention of actual, well, anything......except hopes/promises/dreams... Definitely seems more like a pseudo-scientist's advert....would've expected this from Joel Seedman or his ilk...🤣🤣🤣
Can this apply or be open to simple people that are just beginners in exercise? Common people just trying tofind the best protocol to do in order to fight back their weakness? I heard your year protocol in hubberman podcast and cant get it clearly :( Maybe suggest you can make templates in spanish for people like us. Professional s usually are in the right path. Simple people dont
